After reading some of the reviews of this hotels, I was anxious about visiting. However, had an amazing stay! Staff are lovely, breakfast great! Really good location and room was great too! Would recommend.

Place was nice but could use some updating, everything seemed a bit worn out. Breakfast service was very nice

Great place to stay...night market 2 mins away and right on the beach.

Wir haben 8 Nächte hier verbracht und es hat uns ganz gut gefallen. Die Lage ist mitten am Lamai Beach und es gibt Gehweite einige Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Massagesalons, Supermärkte und einen Nightmarket. Wir hatten eine Plunge Pool Villa. Der Plunge Pool ist ein leider ein kalter Whirlpool im Schatten, für uns daher eher unbrauchbar. Aber die Villa selbst war super - schön geräumig, nett eingerichtet und das Bett war bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, insbesondere die Mitarbeiter am Pool und am Strand. Auch der Airporttransfer hat super geklappt. Beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl an mehreren kleinen Speisen (inkl. frischer Eiergerichte, variierenden Obst- und Gebäckssorten etc.). Was uns weniger gefallen hat waren das restliche Essen im Hotel und dass die Preise im Poolrestaurant nicht gleich in der Getränkekarte inkl. der Servicegebühren, sondern erst auf der Rechnung angegeben werden. Die im Badezimmer zur Verfügung gestellten Kosmetikprodukte (Shampoo, Spülung und Duschgel) rochen uns viel zu blumig und viel zu stark. Allgemein merkt man, dass in der Anlage hier und da etwas repariert oder erneuert werden müsste. Wir würden das Hotel aber weiterempfehlen und auch wieder kommen.

Very nice stay at this hotel! Room was amazing but since the balcony is towards the night market you hear the music from the balcony very load, stops at 12. Other than that everything was amazing, service, staff, room, pool and breakfast. Would definitly book again but with a balcony not towards thr night market.

Great, convenient location. Propery grounds and facilities very good. Staff pleasant and helpful. Shame about the room itself though. Fixtures and fittings dated, very poor lighting, shower door needs fixing. Overall,room needs some urgent tlc!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of food at buffet breakfast every day. Room was clean and we had our own hydro pool which was very private. Location was perfect, right on the beach and close to the night market. The only thing we would say about the location there is an abandoned building next door which looks dodgy but in general we felt safe in the hotel and surroundings. The room could also do with some cosmetic touch ups but overall we would certainly recommend this hotel!

Did not receive any VIP benefits nor upgrades whatsoever. No mention nor explanation by check-in staff. Good location directly on the beach. Adequate lodging for the price. Very much appreciated the quiet, no noisy music, no kids yelling nor running around.

The hotel was nice. The staff are all very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. NYE buffet and celebrations were great. Two bottles of water were replenished daily in the room Would have liked not to have been charged for a bucket of ice all the drinks we ordered for by the pool had a service charge…even if you picked them up from the bar, not sure that should happen but other than that it’s a good hotel with two nice pools and a mini gym.

Great service, close to everything. Very nice (included) breakfast, and nice dinner options. The villa was very comfortable, the swimming pools and the beach were great.

Great hotel. Close to the beach, lovely staff and right next to the night market. Also easy to get to other places around the island. Great stay overall and would stay again.

Trevlig resort med fint strandläge. Bodde i rum med lite pool. Helt ok, men inte i nyskick. Åt en god grillad bläckfisk i resortens restaurang. Frukosten hade allt jag önskar utom färskpressad juice. Men god omelett, mogna mangos, färskt bröd av olika sorter samt hett kaffe

Island paradise. A little far from the busy island center but the smaller, food centric night market is right next door. Attention to detail in the facilities is incredible. Happy hour is a busy time to meet and mingle with fellow travelers, but once it’s over the resort is silent and peaceful at night. Somehow the resort managed to keep the jet skis out of direct line of sight on the beautiful beach so even as beach traffic increases, the serenity is maintained. The bar next door has a free fire show on the beach at night, just need to buy a drink to sit. I booked the private plunge pool suite. Worth the upgrade. Maintenance and house keeping snuck in to check and maintain the pool daily. I did not do breakfast every day at the resort but the day I did I was impressed. However make sure you check out the French bakery up the street for people watching and a ham and cheese croissant. Rooms have a fridge but no mini bar. 7-11 is a 4 minute walk to stock up on your own cheap snacks, drinks and sunscreen. This is a quite part of the island, family friendly, but still some crazy bars in walking distance without invading the privacy. Can’t say enough about this resort. Felt like home.

The property is at a great location and has some of the best beach and pool access in my opinion. The staff were really helpful and the location is in close walking distance to plenty of massages, cafes, bars, and restaurants and the night market. The bar at the property made wonderful drinks and had some great daily deals. We stayed in a plunge pool room that had a really hard bed, and the rooms seemed a worn, but it still was pretty nice.We asked for some extra pillows and they seemed to help. FYI, The cold pluge pool rooms have a separate hotel room above those rooms. You can hear people walking up and down the stairs and above you sometimes. It's worth mention if you don't have any noise cancelling sound at night or are a light sleeper. It's not terriblely loud, but still noticeable, but we were able to deal with it. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again!
