This hotel is well past its used by date. They built a new wing or should I say concrete prison cell type construction. Not that anyone watches the TV but they are at least 20 years old.The water wont drain down the drainpipe in the shower because the floor slopes wrong direction. They scare you from cleaning your room..with signs in your room saying they are protecting you from the staff who will steal your things if you want the room cleaned!.
They make you wait until 2.30 before they give you a key to go into the room even though it is obviously ready well before. Reception has no customer relations skills. As for the common Toilets when using the pool or restaurant. They are disgusting, The doors are rotting on their hinges. The plants in the courtyard outside the rooms are all dead. Nice view from the more newly built restaurant and food service is good, but that's it. Many places to stay in Phi Phi much better choice than this.

Nice and quiet place, still close the village - 5 min walking to the pier. Nice and friendly staff. Although the hotal is a little dated the room is well maintained and clean. The only thing uncomfortable was the water pressure in the bathroom (sometimes no water at all for 15-20 min) and the thing that the ahower has no curtain, so the whole bathroom goes wet when showering.

The hotel is divided into different sections: the reception is located on one side of the street together with the restaurant and the pool area facing the sea, while the actual rooms are on the other side of the road. The area where the rooms are located feels rather dull and worn down, but the room itself was both clean and fresh (it was actually the cleanest room we had during our four-week trip through Thailand), which really elevated the whole experience.
We stayed one floor up with a small balcony overlooking trees and the mountains. The housekeeping staff cleaned daily, and if cleaning was not needed, they always left a bag on the door with toilet paper and a bottle of water.
The pool area has an incredible view of the sea, the harbor, and all the boats coming in and out of Phi Phi. However, the staff working in the restaurant by the pool were extremely tired and disengaged. No one cleared around the pool or removed old plates or glasses from previous guests, even though there was nothing else to do. If you wanted to order something, you had to go to the restaurant yourself, and even to order a soda, the request somehow had to go through four different staff members.
Aside from that, the accommodation was extremely good value for money and very affordable for what you get. I would strongly recommend it.
Note: Three nights on this island is more than enough

Pool & restaurant offer a lovely view, however, the rooms need renovating completely and the outside areas look awful, we felt like we had arrived at a concentration camp. 😂😂

Women who menstruate, do not stay at this hotel during your period! They charged me 2,000 baht for a sheet I accidentally stained because of my period. I researched online and found that a 400-thread-count cotton sheet costs 800 baht! I tried to speak to the manager, but he refused to listen to me and wouldn't show me the receipt from the specialized laundry, nor even the stained sheet after it was washed. I felt cheated, both as a woman and as a customer. I've stayed at this hotel four times, and this time was a disaster!! Besides the imposed fine, the room had cockroaches and the water pressure decreased at night. It took patience to shower, as the water pressure changed constantly during the shower. I still think the pool area is wonderful and the staff service is wonderful. Except for the management, who failed me. I felt cheated as a woman!!! I wanted to pay a fair price for the sheet and not be punished for menstruating.

Terrible rooms and bathrooms! Very old. They just one to get money from them but no investments at all.
The TV is an old JVC that didn’t work!
In general, the rooms are old, bad maintained and bad furnished. Not even a chair!

For the price, this spot can’t be beat. While minimal views from most rooms, the pool and attached restaurant make up for that with probably the best sea/marina view on the whole island with good prices. The Attention from house keeping was top notch. The location was quiet at night. Aircon worked great. Location was nice and close to the man walking strip while not being in the chaos. I would gladly stay here again.
