Pooltrap Village Bungalow

Worst beds in Thailand. The springs was sticking in your back. We had to leave.

Nous avons réservé en dernière minute pour passer 4 jours à Koh Phangan pour la nouvelle année. Nous sommes tombée sur un petit bungalow avec des ouvertures de fenêtres mais pas de vitres ... cependant il y avait la climatisation. Très petite chambre avec lit collé au mur, un peu juste pour le tarif même pour cette période! L’endroit est bien situé car à 10 minutes à pieds de la plage et party et 7/7 à côté + café en bas du magique jardin. Literie très dur + ressorts pour 4 nuits c’est compliqué !

i Was not happy with the way the rooms were very old and smelling not good holes in roof and gaps were mosquitoes can get in in need of new mattress needs a revamp some money spending on it with my health problems asthma eczema hay fever it would have affected me so I cancelled room straight away it had damp smells

A real nice room not that far from the full moon party, the sunset beach it's practically crossing the street and it's incredibly relaxing, my room had frogs in a little Garden outside the Window, very pleasant to hear them. The lady that runs the place it's a sweet, very nice. The a/c didn't work very well, but I came from a Hot place so it didn't bother me that much

Pool trap is a terrible name and almost deterred us from booking. BUT perfect for the Full Moon Party! Room was super basic, two twin beds, a table, and tiny bathroom. But walking distance to the beach and if you only want a room to sleep in, it’s perfect. Service was great, the woman at the front desk gave us free water every time we saw her. Perfect breakfast place (with great coffee) attached as well.

War alles bestens.Super Bungalows mit grossem,sehr gut belüfteten Duschraum.Personal sehr freundlich,jeden Tag Zimmer gemacht.Schöne Anlage, komplett sauber.Komme gerne wieder.Nur zu empfehlen.

Promenadavstånd till haad rin (full moon beachen) tar ca 15min. Annars jättemysigt ställe. Mysiga ägare.

Vi boede der i fem nætter og var tilfredse med vores ophold. Beliggenheden var god, der lå en hyggelig cafe ved indgangen til pooltrap, hvilket varmt kan anbefales at prøve! Derudover lå der en 7/11 ca 50 meter nede af gaden og gå afstand til stranden (haad rin), hvor full Moon party holdes. Bungalowsne består af det primære som en seng og et badeværelse (hvilket var ret stort), der er ikke en masse plads men alt i alt var det et udemærket ophold.

Helt okej med tanke på pris och att det faktiskt va en bungalow! Ac fungerade utmärkt, bra service o bra engelska. Det enda jag kan klaga på egentligen va sängarna som va stenhårda. Men annars okej gångavstånd (10 min till strand och centrum) och tyst på kvällarna/natten.

Gleich wieder ausgecheckt. Bungalows waren versifft, dreckig und in einem katastrophalen Zustand!

Alte heruntergekommene überteuerte Bunglows ohne jeglichen Komfort. Die einzigste Steckdose war ausgeleiert, sodass das Ladegerät nicht gehalten hat. Kein Frühstück, kein Pool, kein Service. Die Matratzen hart wie Stahl, sodass einem die Hüfte weh tut, das Spannbetttuch mit Flecken. Die Wände dünn wie Papier, sodass man nachts von den Autos und Roller aufwacht.

We came here for the full moon party, location is perfect - only a 10min walk to the beach, far enough away to not be noisy. Will definitely be returning.

This was my first time venturing to Koh Phangan for the Full Moon Party. I was very pleased with the location of Pool Trap Bungalows as it was a short walk to the beach and all the action of Haad Rin, but was far enough away that you did not have to listen to all of the noise of the party. The hotel manager was great all the way from check in to check out and is a very friendly lady. Took advantage of the laundry service at the resort as well as the onsite breakfast place which were both fantastic.

Place was affordable and walking distance to the full moon party but far enough away to get away from the noise. Beautiful property, check in was easy and smooth

I stayed here off-season (i.e. not during full moon party), and the bungalows were not occupied so i was upgraded at no charge to the bungalow, which was good because i think the price for the little room i had originally booked was too much, but it seemed fair for a bungalow. It's really walkable to the full moon party and haad run beach if that's what you're there for. Otherwise it's not the best part of Koh Phangan. Service was good and bed was comfortable, i liked the design of the bungalow and bathroom but bathroom could have been cleaner.

Simply put, the room was in pretty bad condition with emphasis on the bathroom. The shelf that his been installed was hanging halfway off the wall by ropes that were tied to a brick and the shower head. it was broken and was just tied to the shower head to keep it on there but couldn't be used for anything. The room was very hot during the day of which the ceiling fan seemed it was on it's last leg as it was barely moving air even at max output. For the price this place was not worth it (our friend found a few private rooms with better accommodations a littler further up the hill for 450 baht a night (roughly $12 USD). The common area is really cool but for our personal experience that didn't make up for the accommodations.

Nice place, big bathroom, 10 minutes walk from the beach and the fullmoon party.

Went here for 5 nights to go to the fool moon party, excellent location, quiet at night but 10 min walk to the party beach. Only 2 minute walk to sunset beach. Great staff, lovely café next door, would definitely come back.
