Overall service is good and staffs are nice. Localtion is not far from airport, but it's quite and peaceful. However, unable to use pool in the room due to a lot of leaves fall down all the time.

The room was lovely and clean, however there was no view.

It was amazing, Everything was very good and the Staffs were helpfull and friendly.

From start to finish, this holiday was absolute perfection! The highlight was undoubtedly our luxurious room - spacious, beautifully designed, and complete with private pool. Waking up and stepping straight into crystal-clear water was a dream. The food was another standout - every meal was a delight, with fresh, flavourful dishes and plenty of variety. Whether it was a relaxed breakfast by the pool or a candlelit dinner, everything was cooked to perfection. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile - they made us feel truly welcome and cared for throughout our stay.

Yleisesti ottaen erittäin hyvä ja mukava hotelli. Huoneet tilavia ja oma uima-allas iso plussa. Majoituimme beach front villassa ja se oli super! Sijainti hieman syrjässä ja lähellä ei juurikaan valinnanvaraa ravintoloista. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Ainoa miinus käytännössä hotellin oma ranta, joka oli kivinen eikä siitä päässyt oikein uimaan.

What an amazing resort, the villa and pool were perfect for telqxibg in private, while the central pool and bar/restaurant area had lots to offer too. Food and drinks were a little on the expensive side compared to other places in the island, however it was a short walk / quick taxi ride to find alternatives. One of the last relaxing holidays I think I have ever had

Alles war wundervoll. Wir hatten einen tollen Honeymoon. Die Zimmer sind top. Es wird täglich gereinigt und Wasser bereitgestellt. Das Frühstück und auch das Essen im Hotel sind top.

We had an amazing time at Saii! The beachfront villas are worth it. Very cool. Great food and Aek and his team at the bar were awesome!

We had an amazing stay at SAii Koh Samui Villas. The location was beautiful, the staff was super lovely and helpful and our villa was comfortable, clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing resort then look no further than the SAii Koh Samui Villas. We loved our stay at this beautiful resort on a secluded beach. The grounds were gorgeous and our villa with plunge pool was just lovely. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant with the breakfast buffet being a stand out due to the quality and variety offered. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Housekeeping decorated our villa for my husband's birthday and provided him with a cake which was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. There isn't a lot within walking distance but you can take advantage of the shuttle service provided by the resort or take a taxi/Grab to get to Chaweng Beach, Choeng Mon Beach or Fisherman's Village. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Some parts of the villas are old and need refurbishing, rusting steel, rotting timber deck areas, Otherwise generally maintained well. Staff are exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is away from the busy beach areas so we could escape to a peaceful and quiet space with a private pool. Staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and always available to help.

We had a perfect stay for 2 nights. Wonderful location, very friendly and helpful staff, nice little beach and great restaurant and beach bar. We had a beautiful pool villa, very clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect organized (pick up at the pier, private transfer to the airport). Thank you all for your kindness and we can only recommand the SAii.

We loved our stay at SAii the rooms were nice and spacious and well set up, very private in a lush garden setting. The plunge pool was lovely to jump into when the pool wasn’t open. The pool restaurant and bar area overlook the beach making it a stunning setting to relax in. Not too many people, great food, great staff quiet and peaceful was just what we wanted. A little out of the way but not far to get to other areas by taxi.
