All the staff are so helpful, caring and friendly. They couldn't do enough for us, we felt we went home as friends. Reception will book any excursions for you, just remember you will need cash! They even made a special breakfast and gave flowers for my partner's big birthday. The rooms and all common areas are very clean. The breakfasts are tasty and cooked to order, with the tables next to one of the swimming pools. The hotel is set on a busy street however once inside the grounds or your room you don't hear the traffic. The beds are king size and comfortable and the rooms are big enough, although not huge. The walk into the old city is about 20 minutes, but Songthaew pass by and it's easy to get a Grab taxi if you don't want to walk. If we return to Chiang Mai, we wouldn't hesitate to book in again.
