- ใกล้ แหล่งท่องเที่ยว - จองผ่าน Expedia แล้ว เข้าไปถามพนักงาน ยังไม่ทราบเรื่อง - พนักงาน ให้การต้อนรับ และแก้ไขสถานการณ์ ได้เป็นอย่างดี

The hotel is good but the visitors are too loud. Anyway overall of the hotel is ok for us. If we have a chance we will back again and we will recommend this hotel to others

首先不滿是房門是像商店門一樣，推入又得拉出又得，沒有安全感，第二是房間的用品足夠，晾衫的地方也沒有，第三是沖涼的花灑頭是破爛的，第四是三個人住的但只有兩對拖鞋，第五是第二天先有免費水供應，第六是叫他們執房最後毛巾也沒有換，要自己到洗衣房取，所以不會再去這間的，不要被網上的相片欺騙。

Great people, great location, great quiet and comfortable place to come “home” to after busy days out and about.

Room was not ready at checkin. Unclean bathroom. No hot water. Aircon directly blows to head. Load road. Door was unsafe.

Hotel is a little jaded and needs a but of attention. Front desk seemed indifferent

Buen Hotel para un par se noches en Chiang Mai. El personal de la recepción debe mejorar su capacidad de comunicarse en ingles. Algunas habitaciones requieren actualización en los baños. Más opciones en el desayuno sería ideal. Los dulces, galletas y café en la recepción son ricos. Buena ubicación cerca de la ciudad antigua.

房間淸潔不錯，已有改善。

本次入住，已經比上次改進許多，希望，可以更加進步。

蠻划算的，就住古城周圍很方便，唯獨廁所比較老舊

I'd best describe this accommodation as staying with your aunt. It's a cozy space run by sisters (who in fairness do remind me of one of my aunts). Check-in was easy enough, but note that there is no elevator for those who have heavy or large suitcases. There is also a cat on property (rooms are kept very clean) but just a note to those with severe allergies. We often had to ask for things at the front desk (more toilet paper, batteries for the air-conditioner remote, etc. - hence the familial feel over a hotel/guest house feel). We had an early morning tour pick up and the chef in the restaurant adjacent to the property would not be in till later so they went out and bought some sandwiches, water, juice, and crackers for us to go. There was also a mix-up with the pull-out bed/additional bed we needed in the room, but they did try really hard to communicate with us and even gave us back the additional charge of the extra bed because of the inconvenience which was very thoughtful of them. At the end of the day, it gets the job done. :) One of the ladies was very sweet and woke up ridiculously early to see us off one morning for another tour pick up, and tried to troubleshoot any problems we had, and tried to call taxis for us too.

The hotel is located next to the old city wall which means its walk-able from there. The hotel itself is not very good, some rooms have no windows, cleanliness standards are mediocre, the breakfast is provided in a dirty hostel nearby and you will not get it before 7.30

早餐要價100泰銖真是超貴又超陽春~大概附近夜市30元可以買到的東西。 看到餐點感覺不如去吃7-11

The trip was ok and fullfill my expectation. Maybe is not enough time to explore more places. I will come one day to visit more places.

We stayed at the Shripoom for 3 nights - having looked at many hotel and lots of reviews you can never find something perfect so having seen Shripoom I just bit the bullet and booked it. Very pleased. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was very comfy. We didn't choose breakfast but you could help yourself to tea and coffee. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Old City, temple and Night Bazarre Market. Would highly recommend!
