We loved our stay! Stayed in Chiang Mai for a couple nights and wished we stayed here longer. The staff wait on you and make sure you have every need met. They are kind and helpful. Even for example, we were in the pool and a staff walked over and turned on the jets for us to enjoy. Highly recommend getting the breakfast included option because you get to dine at their high end restaurant each morning from 7am - 10:30am with unlimited a la carte meals and drinks! So yummy! Reception always has free snacks, drinks, and desserts from the restaurant as well. Highly recommend! Worth the money! The room had Bluetooth surround sound speakers, balcony, and other great features.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Chiang Mai Old Town and can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with a contemporary touch, offering a perfect blend of style and comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring.
The room was absolutely immaculate upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained that standard throughout my stay. Their attention to detail was impressive.
Service at this hotel was nothing short of exemplary. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, courteous, and genuinely accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure every need was met with a smile.
The on-site dining was also a highlight — the food was fresh, well-prepared, and consistently enjoyable. Best of all, the prices across the board — from dining to spa services — were very reasonable. Speaking of the spa, the treatments were incredible and left me feeling completely rejuvenated.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. It offers an unbeatable combination of comfort, quality service, and value, all in a perfect location within the charming Old Town.

施設も非常に綺麗で広く、宿泊料がとても安く感じるクオリティでした。水やジュースが24時間いつでも無料でフロントの横からピックできる点もよかったです。
また、急きょタクシーのチャーターをお願いした際も、とても親身に面倒をみてくれました。
強いてネガティブな点をあげれば、朝食のバリエーションが少ないことくらいでしょうか（バイキングではなく、オーダー形式でした。注文はいくつでもできました）
総じてとても満足したので、次回訪れる際も利用したいと思います。

Fantastic boutique hotel. The staff are amazing and made my children feel so welcome. We took our 9 and 6 year old's and they both loved the hotel, especially the pool. The food is fantastic and the breakfast is a must! Could not recommend this hotel enough!

This is a fairly small quite, pretty, boutique hotel located in Chiang Mai old town. The rooms are comfortable, stylish in an understated way and very quiet (except for the rooster alarm clock😂).
What makes this hotel OUTSTANDING are the staff members. In all my travels I have never encountered such kind, generous and patient staff members.Truly from a service perspective this hotel is world class.

One of the best botique hotels I've stayed in. The customer service was impeccable. Ice at the front desk was a pleasure to be around and took care of us. Rooms were always clean, facilities were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

L’expérience a été contrastée dans cet hôtel.
Nous sommes arrivés tôt (7:00) nous n’espérions pas que la chambre soit prête.
Elle l’était mais pour l’avoir de suite il fallait payer un early check in d’environ 50€.
Je comprends cette politique dans des grosses chaînes d’hôtel mais pas ici.
Située au rdc, notre chambre (2107) était de la taille annoncée, bien décorée et très propre.
Par contre ultra sombre, la photo prise en pleine journée donne un aperçu.
Ça mériterai d’être indiqué sur la description de la chambre.
Plutôt bruyante le matin tôt car mitoyen avec un autre hôtel ou commerce mais calme le soir.
Le service de chambre a été formidable lors de nos trois nuits ainsi que l’extrême gentillesse des personnes à la réception.
Par contre le staff du petit déjeuner est très décevant
Passe leur temps à discuter ensemble plutôt que débarrasser les assiettes qui s’entassent sur la table.
Le second matin nous sommes arrivés à 10h, on a eu clairement eu l’impression de déranger alors que la fin du breakfast est à 10h30.
Au vu du staff et la qualité du petit déjeuner en lui même, nous avons décider de déjeuner ailleurs alors que c’était inclus dans la prix de la chambre.
Si nous revenons à Chiang mai, ça ne sera probablement pas dans cette hôtel.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Chiang Mai Old Town and can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with a contemporary touch, offering a perfect blend of style and comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring.
The room was absolutely immaculate upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained that standard throughout my stay. Their attention to detail was impressive.
Service at this hotel was nothing short of exemplary. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, courteous, and genuinely accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure every need was met with a smile.
The on-site dining was also a highlight — the food was fresh, well-prepared, and consistently enjoyable. Best of all, the prices across the board — from dining to spa services — were very reasonable. Speaking of the spa, the treatments were incredible and left me feeling completely rejuvenated.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. It offers an unbeatable combination of comfort, quality service, and value, all in a perfect location within the charming Old Town.

施設も非常に綺麗で広く、宿泊料がとても安く感じるクオリティでした。水やジュースが24時間いつでも無料でフロントの横からピックできる点もよかったです。
また、急きょタクシーのチャーターをお願いした際も、とても親身に面倒をみてくれました。
強いてネガティブな点をあげれば、朝食のバリエーションが少ないことくらいでしょうか（バイキングではなく、オーダー形式でした。注文はいくつでもできました）
総じてとても満足したので、次回訪れる際も利用したいと思います。

Fantastic boutique hotel. The staff are amazing and made my children feel so welcome. We took our 9 and 6 year old's and they both loved the hotel, especially the pool. The food is fantastic and the breakfast is a must! Could not recommend this hotel enough!

This is a fairly small quite, pretty, boutique hotel located in Chiang Mai old town. The rooms are comfortable, stylish in an understated way and very quiet (except for the rooster alarm clock😂).
What makes this hotel OUTSTANDING are the staff members. In all my travels I have never encountered such kind, generous and patient staff members.Truly from a service perspective this hotel is world class.

One of the best botique hotels I've stayed in. The customer service was impeccable. Ice at the front desk was a pleasure to be around and took care of us. Rooms were always clean, facilities were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

L’expérience a été contrastée dans cet hôtel.
Nous sommes arrivés tôt (7:00) nous n’espérions pas que la chambre soit prête.
Elle l’était mais pour l’avoir de suite il fallait payer un early check in d’environ 50€.
Je comprends cette politique dans des grosses chaînes d’hôtel mais pas ici.
Située au rdc, notre chambre (2107) était de la taille annoncée, bien décorée et très propre.
Par contre ultra sombre, la photo prise en pleine journée donne un aperçu.
Ça mériterai d’être indiqué sur la description de la chambre.
Plutôt bruyante le matin tôt car mitoyen avec un autre hôtel ou commerce mais calme le soir.
Le service de chambre a été formidable lors de nos trois nuits ainsi que l’extrême gentillesse des personnes à la réception.
Par contre le staff du petit déjeuner est très décevant
Passe leur temps à discuter ensemble plutôt que débarrasser les assiettes qui s’entassent sur la table.
Le second matin nous sommes arrivés à 10h, on a eu clairement eu l’impression de déranger alors que la fin du breakfast est à 10h30.
Au vu du staff et la qualité du petit déjeuner en lui même, nous avons décider de déjeuner ailleurs alors que c’était inclus dans la prix de la chambre.
Si nous revenons à Chiang mai, ça ne sera probablement pas dans cette hôtel.
