The Front Beach Front Hotel & Apartment

We got 50% discount from expedia we pais 3500 thb and expexted the real price was 7000 thb should be great room. But when we arrived hotel. Staff told us that our room is in 4th floor without lift. We hv to paid more 1400 thb to upgrade room and move to other building with lift.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. There is an elevator now which is great. Super views and nice location almost at the end of the beach strip near the base of the hill up to the hillside. The sound however is astonishing from our front ocean facing two bedroom apt. It not one of the upgraded units but had plenty of room. You could not even tell the windows were closed. It was soooooo loud out front even with ear plugs in. Non stop crazy music in the passing by tuk tuk trucks and super Amplified mufflers 24 hours a day. Our first night there there was a party right in front of our hotel with ridiculously loud music from the tuck tuck driver who was a party goer and about 8 of them that sang at the top of their lungs till 5 :30 in the am. The police drove by as we watched from our deck as we couldn’t sleep and did nothing. Definitely will not be back to that area ever again. Great if ur 20/30 something and just want to party. Not for me

This was the most horrible hotel experience of my life! Upon checkin I was lectured by an extremely rude hotel manager for not having my booking reference. Despite her having my passport and a printed out booking slip with my details on it right at her counter. My name and details are the same and they have the booking slip and keys ready for me, yet she is lecturing me about why I don’t have the booking reference?? On the first morning of having my room cleaned an invoice was left in my room for “damaged glasses”. There were never any glasses in my room upon checkin. I know this because I had to walk to 7-11 to buy plastic cups in order to have a drink. When I inquired with the hotel manager about this, she called all the cleaning staff to the desk and proceeded to interrogate me over apparent broken glasses in the room. Despite this being a completely wrong and false claim. It was very upsetting. So much so, that I checked out the next day to find alternate accomodation. The hotel manager seemed to find this amusing when I explained why I was leaving early. I was unable to gain approval from the hotel for any type of refund. So I have lost four nights accommodation and was charged extra for damaged items that never existed in the room.

Pros- It is at a great location. Away from the madness and noise of Bangla street but yet bang on the beach and walkable to the market and the hustle bustle. 7 Eleven just 100 meters away. Cons - Tiny pool at the entrance, just off the street with no privacy. No elevator and no staff to help so it was a nightmare for us to carry the bags to the 5th floor by ourselves. No intercom so if you need something you will have to climb down all those stairs and go yourself to the front desk.

The location is prestine. The front desk staff were rock stars, especially the young lady who arranged for a clinic to pick us up at the hotel and drive us to the clinic - my daughter got bit by a monkey, so she needed a rabies shot. Only thing I would do differently, is probably arrange transportation on my own to and from the airport. It wasn't awful, but it could be improved. The driver, to the airport, was so slow we were less than 5 minutes away from not being about to check in for the flight and we made the booking with the intent to be there 45 minutes prior to check in deadline. We really cut it close with his slow driving and back road route.

Nice hotel and staff but no elevator

가성비, 위치 좋습니다. 다만 엘레베이터가 없어 무거운 짐 이 많을 경우 불편할 수 있습니다. 스탭이 직접 짐을 옮기는것도 도와주고 늦은시간 체크인에도 아주 친절했습니다. 룸 컨디션도 가격이나 기대치보다 훨씬 좋았습니다.

This property is just far enough out from Bangla Road to be able to enjoy a bit of quiet. The staff are friendly, beds comfortable and the room clean.

The hotel room was nice, small and modern. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The location was good - right on the beach but was down at the south end somewhat away from the noise and crowds. It was a little noisy still - could hear talking and doors banging all night long. Appreciate the fridge, the complimentary beach bag and beach mats to use. Only bad point - terrible balcony and ‘city view’ was just a wall. No view at all. Still a good choice of place to stay in patong.

Staff excellent but can be a little bit noisy late at night

Lovely apartment and staff very pleasant. Quite hard for for parking .Pool small and outside the building. Lifts worked great and understamd only there for apartments. Very security conscious place. Counted every teaspoon and glass daily.

Vid ändan av stranden, lugnt på nätterna men samtidigt nära till huvudgatan. Väldigt hårda sängar.

emplacement idéal, une vue sur la mer de la douche et du lit exceptionnel. seul point moins pas assez de rangement chambre un peu petite mais ça reste un très bon rapport qualité prix
