Really nice boutique hotel, got everything you need in there. But the price abit too high. Bed really comfortable to sleep.

Classy place!

What I like is that it is a stand along building by itself and the surrounding is quite and not much noise. The thing that can be improve maybe the check in time and what kind of day trip they can offer.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Even though we checked in late at night the staff were friendly and provided us with a welcome drink. We had a family deluxe room which was one large bed for 2 adults and 2 children. It was a bit of a squeeze but we managed. In hindsight, we should have requested an extra bed but it was so late, we didn’t want to make a fuss. Breakfast was very nice, it was buffet style with different options for a hot meal plus you could help yourself to cereal, pancakes, toast and drinks. They also offered Thai breakfast. After breakfast, we had a walk around the local area, it was very quiet and felt safe. Check out was at 12pm but we were able to stay and use the hotel facilities until our taxi collection at 5pm. We really enjoyed using the pool and the staff allowed our children to pet the bunnies and Mr William the giant tortoise!! We had pizza for lunch which was very tasty. It’s a shame we only had one night here, we would have definitely stayed longer and would definitely return.

V20 hotel is an excellent place to stay in Bangkok if you want some peace and quiet away from the main hustle. Staff are really friendly. It is quite a distance away from the main tourist areas but the hotel does offer a free shuttle to the nearest train. The only problem is getting back. Most suitable for couples.

This hotel is a bit old and out dated. It is situated in an area that is a bit hidden. Have to go through multiples alleys to get to the hotel. It does not have a lobby, just a small room with 2 chairs. If you need to wait for your ride, have to wait outside or the restaurant area. Also our air conditioner does not work that great. Had to get service and then it got cooler. It was at 76F which is a bit warmer for us folks that are used to the cold. Once fixed, it dropped to about 70F which is fine. I have 3 thermometers with me due to carrying insulins, so that’s how I know the room temperature. Breakfast is okay. It is tiny and nothing spectacular. I would not recommend paying for breakfast though due to the limited options. You can just go get breakfast elsewhere and save your money, and get what you want. There is a washer/dryer at the back which you can do your own laundry. It cost about 100 baht in total for both the washer and dryer. Very reasonable. There is a gym and a pool. We went during high season and hotel isn’t too crowded. So if you want a quiet hotel, this would be it. Unfortunately our next door had a toddler that would scream at the top of their lung when crying and had woke us up multiple times throughout the night. Nothing to do with hotel, but just annoying. Overall, not a bad hotel, but not the greatest either. The staffs are super friendly. Just wish the hotel is nicer. They do offer free shuttle to the nearest BTS station.

Very nice room hot tub takes a while to heat otherwise hotel is good location great for saving money also

Front desk staff were great, they offer a free taxi service to and from the metro station. Good location, safe, quiet, bed was comfortable.

Everything was perfect – the people were incredibly friendly, and communication was effortless. The room exceeded my expectations, even larger than I imagined. The balcony and jacuzzi elevated the experience to a solid 12/10!

The rooms were spacious. Lighting in the rooms poor. Tile floors were streaked and lacked maintenance. Pool area was smelly and there was no staff to make drinks. Not a boutique hotel vibes: reception looked run down. The area where they held our luggage was messy and dirty
