Super friendly staff. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Convenient location to walk to major attractions and to get to by public transport or taxi/tuktuks.
The room was a bit noisy though as the hallways are echo and you can hear the noises in your room. No noise from the street though, which was great and surprising given the area.

The Villa de Khaoshan was excellent value for the money. We wanted to be in the Khaoshan area but just a bit removed from the busy-busy and noise. The hotel building was quiet and I loved the rooftop pool and area. The only downside was having a construction site next door that kicked up a lot of dust and some industrial smells when you were outside the hotel. Staff were very helpful and polite. My wife and I would stay there again in the future. This time we spent one week at the hotel, and in spring (March).

Majoitus keskeisellä sijainnilla jos haluat helposti Khaosan Roadille ja sen läheisyyteen. Allasalue oli siisti mutta pieni, mutta sinne mahtui kaikki halukkaat hyvin. Aamupala oli runsas mutta aika mauton. Huoneessa oleva poreamme oli kiva lisä.

Checked in very early in the morning. Our room was not ready but we were able to store our luggage securely and use the restroom to change. They rushed to accommodate us so our room was available when we came back after breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful with all of our questions and with making phone calls to our taxi driver and to a business regarding a purchase. The room was nice and clean and the rooftop pool was very clean and relaxing. Breakfast was amazing! The location was great for temples and there’s never a shortage of taxis or tuk tuks there. The price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

The photos are all likely from when the hotel was new. The rooms are small and if you have a street facing room, you’re going to hear street noise all night. There’s mold on the shower hose and the towels look like garage rags. Location is decent for Khoasan Road and walkable to the river ferry or palace, but there’s better hotel options around that don’t tout themselves as 4 stars. Breakfast was pretty good though.

Lovely hotel close to all the action on Khosan road and a short walk from Pier 13.
Staff were SO helpful. Very good breakfast included, lovely rooftop pool. Highly recommended!

An amazing staff and bellboys were so helpful when getting a taxi. I’ll definitely recommend and will use this hotel again in future. Fantastic location but also away from the hustle and bustle.
A special thanks go out to the two lads whom work there and always friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay. We picked this hotel because of its location to things we wanted to see. It was a short walk to the hop-on hop-off ferry, right next to the hop-on hop-off Tuk-tuk stop and easy to catch a grab from. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our hot water stopped working and they fixed it immediately for us. Room was small but cozy and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Tenía una sola noche en Bangkok, mi prioridad era ir al Grand Palace y pues de lugares nocturnos al que nunca había ido era Khaosan Road; así que el hotel me quedó perfecto para llegar del aeropuerto, cambiarme e ir de inmediato al Palacio que lo abren solo hasta las 15:30. Me dió tiempo también para ir después a mirar la caída del sol del lado apuesto al Wat Arun en The Deck by Arun, y para ir al Reclining Buddha que está súper cerca. El hotel puede ser obviamente un poco ruidoso por fuera pero nada que no se pueda manejar. Por dentro está todo muy nuevo, elegante y perfecto.
