Legacy Beach Suites is new construction with several 2nd floor, 1b/1b units guest-ready. The first floor multi bedroom units are currently being completed. Owners live onsite and are very responsive, helpful, friendly, and just plain nice! The 1b/1b unit onsists of a front main room with living space and kitchen, followed by a bathroom, then the bedroom with spacious closet in the back. The kitchen is equipped with cooking and eating essentials (pots, pans, cups, plates utensils, etc.) as well as a toaster, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, stove with oven and microwave. A Mini-split AC unit keeps the place cool and the bedroom can even get too cold at night if you close the bedroom door...
The ocean can be seen from the 2nd level balcony and the water is a short walk over the dunes. We found an assortment of small shells in waves at the beach and caught several palometa and bonefish there as well. I even caught one sunrise over the water the day before we left.
Wonderful location: it's under 10 minutes from the airport and (about) centrally located on the island.
Great place to stay on Exuma!!!

Great apartaments, VERY clean, fully equipped including coffe starter set, very nice and comfortable bed. Sophe and her husvabd are amazing people, they welcome us so warmly Sophie showed us all necesarry places, answered all questions, great contact before and during stay.

We stayed here over Christmas and New Year's. The hosts are wonderful. Very friendly and very responsive. The condo is modern, very clean and had most everything we needed. The hosts live on site so they are usually around if you need anything. The beach is just steps away and is beautiful and hardly anyone else around. It is a nice long beach for walks and fairly calm water most days if you wanted to get in. The location is great! Literally 10 minutes from the airport and 15 - 25 minutes from most everything else we wanted to do and see. We had a rental car which was very helpful for getting groceries (you typically have to stop several places to get all that you want/need) and to explore this beautiful island. (our car was from Berlie's which I highly recommend also. We look forward to returning to this beautiful island!

First of all, great accommodations. Right on gorgeous beach. Owners were amazing. They attended to every inquiry or need. Sophie and Avril became much more than hosts. They are amazing in every way.
