We had a very nice stay. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, decent spa. Limited English but good enough for adequate assistance and they were always willing to help. Breakfast doesn't change which could be a bit boring but it was good enough. Location is good and it's fairly easy to hail a cab. We were happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family, including my parents who are in their late 70s.
A huge shoutout to the amazing staff—especially Yasmine! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. Everyone was kind, patient, and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality truly made all the difference. Highly recommend this place!

Rooms not set up as requested. Knocked on the door in the middle of the night to return something multiple times instead of returning in the morning. Tv turned on randomly and was creepy. Do not recommend

We have stayed in the suite before and it was fabulous, but this time we were told there was only one room available. The room was in the corner next to staff activities and didn’t smell good. The experience in this Hotel will depend on the room.

J ai quitté l hotel vu que ma reservation n a pas ete respectée bien que j ai fait deux appels par phone pour preciser au service reservation pour chambre vue sur mer ce qui m a ete confirme par phone.
A cela s ajoute le personnel a la reveption n etait pas correct dans son langage.
Malgré ces contraintes dues au non recpect de l engagement de l hotel , la recptionniste
M avait indiqué que le premiere nuitée me sera facturee. Quelle audace!

The noise isolation was almost in-existent. We had to interrupt our stay as our daughter could not sleep at all due to the super loud noise traffic, coming from the road just next to the hotel.

The staff is super nice and honest especially Nora on the front desk manager she made sure that I got back jewelry that I left in the room.
The location is excellent to go out for dinning and shopping. And the beach is across the street .
The breakfast is excellent .

The hotel at good location, opposite the corniche. Restaurants and cafes at walking distance. Breakfast standard in quality and quantity. Staff were polite. The service was behind. Requested room service didn't arrive.

A comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. A good location right on the front close to many restaurants and the beach.
We had a sea view room which meant we were at the front of the hotel on a busy road which could be a bit noisy and the bathroom was small and not well designed with a large sink taking up too much room and the shower was over the bath which was so high it had a step to get in, not good if you're a little immobile.
A very nice roof top bar and restaurant.

I booked a sea view room and when I arrived I was not given a sea view room. I was not reimbursed for the downgraded room or inconvenience.
Beautiful rooftop and nice people. However, I was disrespected because my room that I paod for was given away.
Hotels.com did NOTHING!! Can’t get in touch with anyone from hotels.com.
