no lovely blessed to join your holiday in this hotel because I have one issue with customer service about the food is not respect and then the food is not lovely not anything about the other food or something that’s why I left

This was the fourth hotel we stayed in on our holiday in Tunisia. The room itself is really lovely, apart from plug sockets, well appointed, with a very comfy bed, and a good view of the sea. It has a separate seating area, plenty of storage and a good shower. The downside for us was it was above the gym, which had many very loud exercise sessions. They finished early enough that they did not disturb our sleep which was good! When we arrived and checked in, the receptionist was quite brusque verging on unfriendly. In direct contrast the rest of the staff, in particular the bar staff, were delightful, even preempting our needs. Food - the food varied. I had the Tunisian Coucha and it was delicious, but other food (not Tunisian) was just OK. Breakfast was good too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment as well. The place had the wow factor and every part of it is well maintained and lovely. Overall a good place to stay if you are just here for sun, sea, and sand. You can get everything you want or need without leaving the hotel. Information for other travellers: The hotel is geared towards people remaining in the hotel. If you are going on a day trip get everything prepared in advance, for example, the beach towels can only be collected from a certain location at a certain time. You can take alcohol up to your room in plastic cups. They are very generous here, the alcohol is free flowing.

As a returning guest to the hotels I have to be honest . I feel the standards have unfortunately slipped . I encounter no hand towel in many of the toilets, dirty cups from the bar, dirty plates in the restaurant.. The hotel was looking tired and the staff overworked . I will return in the future to give the hotel a chance & another try .

Hôtel agréable dans l ensemble. Très bon service de restauration avec des menus variés et un personnel à l'écoute et poli. par contre service d'accueil pourrait s améliorer et être plus a l écoute de la clientèle

Perfect Hotel for people looking for all inclusive. For me this was accidental, I was going to be in sousse and booked without looking at this detail. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, to amazing food in dining hall! Lots of great options. All team members are helpful, smiley and love to help guests. Oh and the live music, I think it's every night? with small dance area/floor. Good location too, away from the hustle/bustle of the city, but close enough to get their walking. I walked to sousse center in 40 minutes, and then back. Lots of places to go. Oh and the hotel organises excursions and activities for you as well. And, if this wasn't enough, they will change your foreign currency at very good rate, and has an exchange service in-house. Great place to be!

Très bel hôtel, bien situé. Excellent service, notamment aux buffets du matin et du soir.

I travelled to Sousse with kids and stayed here as our first stop in Tunisia. Its a huge hotel with multiple building. Plentiful parking and it is very nice. Mist likely i booked the cheapest room so we were stuck in the building aaaallllll the way back. It was fine but positive its not as nice as the front building. Rooms and facility clean. Breakfast options were a lot. Staff were amazinh and so helpful. They helped us find local spots, which is what I look for. Overall, good. Pools were okay but nothing amazing. Beach is walking distance so very nice.

The more you stay the more you like it.

Satisfait de l'accueil, un grand merci a Yacine et med Amine de la reception. Hôtel calme propore , chambre spacieuses et personnels souriants.

Alles war schön. Meer, Pool, Essen, Service, Umgebung. Einziges Manko war das WC ohne Sitz und ohne funktionierende Lüftung. Ich hatte zwar ein günstiges Zimmer, trotzdem ist so etwas nicht zumutbar.

Excellent stay as well. We will be retuning! Large room and pool and grounds are beautiful. Staff is always warm and accommodating.

Great as always !! Always enjoy the stay!! Food is hit or miss better on the weekend. Overall, good
