This is my second time staying here, and just like before, I had an amazing experience. The staff are incredible – always friendly and helpful with everything I needed. A big thank you to Mete for making the coffee exactly the way I like it – not too strong, just perfect. Special thanks to the receptionists Ercan, Evren, and Emrah for their fantastic work and service. The location is perfect, the hotel is very clean, and the tram station is just a few steps away. This is the kind of service you want to have at every hotel. I am absolutely sure I will come back next year. This is the kind of place you always want to return to. I highly recommend this hotel

そろそろ改築の時期かと思いますが、特に宿泊には困りません。近所のコンビニでアルコールも手に入ります。朝食は展望の良い最上階のレストランでメニューも十分です。石畳がスーツケースには負担をかけることぐらいでしょうか

Good location, the staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located in a commercial area, stores, supermarkets, and restaurants are within walking distance. The a/c was an issue because they won’t be able to control it.

Service was great. Breakfast was fantastic! The ride from the airport was terrible because we had to wait around 45 minutes - a taxi would have been faster and half the money. The room was good, but the shower was too small.

The hotel was nice, but the bathroom with glass doors was too small. It was diffucult to go in and out of the bathroom. Breakfast was good with many choises. The staff were good and helpful. Cleaning of room was good.

Not worthy at all.

Der var en fæl ildelugtende lugt fra vores hotelværelse, som havde været der i flere dage. Indtil vi fandt ud af, at lugten kom fra tæppet, som var blevet fugtigt og muggent. Man kunne ikke tage et bad på mere end 3 minutter uden hele gulvet blev oversvømmet af vand, samt toilettet (som ikke engang var i samme rum, som badet). Dagen inden vi skulle rejse, får vi et opkald om at pakke alle vores ting, da vi skal skifte værelse grundet renovationer. Det var ekstremt mærkeligt og irriterende at stå og pakke sin kuffert, og skifte helt ny værelse, dagen inden man rejser.

Perfect location. Fantastic place with great staff and amazing quiet rooms. The food was excellent and I really enjoyed staying in this splendid hotel. Highly recommend

We booked for a 3 bed room. The room was so small that only one individual could stand at any given time. The walls were cracked and the bedside tables had stains inside the drawers. All of the wooden furniture had signs of rotting stains all over them. There were wires that were cut in the bathroom and were just hanging out of the side of the wall. My duvet sheet had holes in and I asked for them to be changed but they said we only change them once every two days. Saying this, they were only just flipped around when they were due to be changed. The staff were lovely and helpful when needed. We also walked past other 3 bed rooms and they were a lot nicer. Breakfast didn’t have much choice. I understand there are over 50 choices however, being a pregnant woman it’s difficult to eat everything. I did mention it, but was told this is what we will be serving today. Location was good, but in the middle of a very steep hill!

The hotel is very comfortable and easily located to trams. Staff very friendly at front desk and speak english well so that helps alot.

What a nightmare was this hotel. The neighbourhood of the hotel was very bad. There was litterely nothing to do. No restaurants or anyting. The hotel itself was small. The room was not right placed. The bed was really hard. No customer service, no help. There was a noise every night in the room like there was water leaking down from the roof. Not recommendable. We were there for 2 days and after we booked another hotel because they would not help us. Never again!

This review comes with a huge gratitude to the Grand Beyazit Hotel staff. Everyone, without exception, was very sweet and accommodating. Directed me to a good shopping places, suggested tours and restaurants. Breakfast is included and that is a big plus. Surrounding area is verry safe and conveniently located only minutes away from the main attractions. My room was cleaned and tidied every day. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR THE AMAZING STAY! Highly recommended!
