The hotel is located in the perfect spot for scenic sea view

Room very clean. Cleaning staff excellent. Breakfast was Buffett style with lots of normal Turkish kahvaltı food. There were some beautiful breads available when there were more guests but generally local bread was used. A few hot foods I actually saw menemen one day. Eggs scrambled and boiled. Coffee was poor but it was out the machine. And lots of Çay available. However the staff were very kind and helped me by heating up my special made porridge everyday. We Changed rooms a few times. Which was a bit of a pain but the first time we were given a sea room upgrade with help from Hotels.Com and Zeynep in reservations. This was a lovely room and I was very happy with it. But we had to leave it because of the really noisy people upstairs that were having a party in their room(well it sounded like that) We were not offered another sea view room. Next room was ok but side sea view. A Big problem was trying to get our devices charged. Some of the sockets were not working. All in all the hotel was pleasant . The staff were amazing and tried to please us in most things. Our only real complaint was that we were told because we had moved room three times we couldn’t move again even though it wasn’t our fault. However in the end because charging became such a problem they did offer us another room at the top floor which we refused as by then we had three nights left. Would I return? Maybe yes but only if I got a sea view room. I hope this helps you to consider Aurasia Hotel.

Odalar zevkli, banyo düzgün, personel kibar. Açık büfe kahvaltı idare eder, peynirler çok kötü.

Otel konum olarak güzel. Ancak personel çok kötü ve işletmeciliği berbat. Otel'e uzun bir yolculuk sonrası oldukça yorgun vardık. Asansör bozuktu, ve oda 4. katta olmasına rağmen valizlerle gayet normal bir şekilde merdivenden çıkmamızı önerdiler. itiraz edince 15 - 20 dakika sonra asansörü kullanabileceğimiz belirtildi. Ancak yaklaşık 2 saat beklememize rağmen asansör yapılmadı.. merdivenle çıkmak zorunda kaldık.

Hello, Management should consider providing additional training to staff on professional guest interactions. Personal questions, such as asking a guest’s origin before offering a proper greeting, can make the experience feel less welcoming. Also, I was approached by staff on the beach and publicly reprimanded for using a hotel towel. This was handled in front of other guests, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. A more discreet and respectful approach would have been appreciated. Thank you

Lovely hotel value for money

Frukosten var bra, nära stranden och centrum

Everything was perfect, room cleaned daily, free water left everyday. The restaurant is fantastic, the meals are lovely and huge portions. Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again

The Hotel is okay for what it’s worth but could’ve been better since three star they could’ve fixed a few things made it better but it’s value for money

Nice room, very clean. Cleaning staff did a great job. Nice linens and bath towels. Breakfast buffet was the same every day, but we never went hingry, I personally liked the Turkish choices. We didn't use the pool. Thin walls between rooms.

Great location. Breakfast was good but hot stuff was served in one big batch and went cold... shame Tv no English? At least I could not get English out of it lol?? Overall... nice place to be. Wickedly good Pizza!!!

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer mit eigenem Strand. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war es durch die angrenzenden Diskotheken und Restaurants in der Nacht sehr laut. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt!

L'hotel est situé en bord de mer avec plage privée, accessibles facilement a pied aux différents commerces et restaurants. L'hotel ne possède par de parking privé ce qui peut poser problème dans le cas ou vous y aller en voiture.Il y a un Hammam privé payant au sous-sol de L'hotel ! L'accueil de la réception est très froid ! Si le prix de la chambre est en dessous de 60€, cela reste un rapport qualité prix satisfaisant, si plus le rapport qualité prix est élevé au vu de la prestation général !
