Elan hotel is a excellent choice. The location is near everywhere. It’s very close to Galata Tower, Karaköy, the Galata bridge and Eminönü. When it comes to the hotels stuff. I must say that they are very hospitable. The way I’m used to when it comes to Turkey. The service is great and the breakfast is amazing. You will have a typical Turkish breakfast,which we love. We had a room for 4 people. And it was plenty of space and comfortable beds. The only thing is that you hear the noice from the street. It will be solved with just an earplugs. Last but not least, I want to say that Uğur bey at the reception is a very service minded, genuine and hospitable person. He helped us a lot! We are so grateful to him. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we come to Istanbul. Thank you Elan Hotel!

Es war Hervorragend, Preisliche Leistung sehr gut für so eine super Lage und nettes Personal. Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich war mehr als zufrieden.

This place is awful. Looks somewhat new from the outside but old and tiny when you go in. The issue is the bald guy at the reception desk. He's a conman and very dishonest. I had a paid reservation booked in advance but when I arrived to the hotel baldy said he didn't see one in his system and that I needed to pay for my stay. I even showed him my reservation but he still claimed it was not in the system. These people are crooks, steer FAR from here!!

Uphill area, opposite to Soho house but I had better views of ocean from my room than Soho.Cabd at times had difficulty finding the area but thankfully it is near Shishane metro station,shishane2 busstop and across the road Shishane 1. Bed is a bit too soft. Rooms are cosy. Wow view and windows open though an annoying drummer group that charged itself at dusk downstairs can be annoying.Loads of good eats and supermarket few steps closer but not suitable for families with stroller as area needs slot of hiking which I enjoyed. Istiklal street ,cafes 2 minutes away. They got a night manager who is pleasant and bell boy helpful. Front desk manager in the morning is not very welcoming though. And he made a mistake with my room without even checking the catagory of booking.Upon my complain he said the ocean view catagory was full. Half and hour later the bell boy quickly arranged my desired room n helped me shift which was prompt. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.Fridge,coffee maker n coffee supplies in room n a mini bar.Breakfast is ample but only between 8to10Am.

Oda deniz manzaralı yazıyordu ve fiyatı diğer odalardan pahalıydı.fakat deniz manzarası yoktu. 4.kattan oda verdiler. Banyo ve oda fotoğraftakilerden çok daha küçüktü. Yani fotoğraflar tamamen aldatmaca. Verdiğim paraya üzüldüm. Keşke standart Bi oda seçseydim.

Bütün çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve anlayışlılar. Otelden saatlerce geç çıkmamıza rağmen hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Genel olarak parasına göre iyi hizmet aldık.. Teşekkürler

Amazing place with a friendly stuff in a great location. All stuff was super helpful when needed and the location is amazing as it is few minutes walking to metro station, galata tower, and Isteklal street. The area was very safe at night.

Excellent service! The hotel staff did everything possible to make our short stay particularly good. They brought our luggage from a nearby Airbnb, prepared coffee before leaving at 3 in the morning for an early flight and arranged the taxi for the trip to the airport.

Konum güzel ,temiz ,personel ilgili, tekrar konaklayabilirim.

Helpful friendly staff. Good location. Hotel room was tiny. Plug socket broken. Shower too small so curtain sticks to your body when showering. Rooms on back side way too noisy. Can here bars and clubs all night and morning.

Hotel güzel bir bölgede olmasına karşın, çift kişilik odalar çok küçük ve oda pencereleri bina boşluğuna acılmaktadır. Bundan dolayı odalar biraz gün ışıksız ve havasız olabiliyor..

My original room had a window that did NOT closer properly so it was noisy for to the air conditioner/ heater units just outside of window. The hotel graciously changed my room for a much quieter over while I was out sightseeing. The room was small but adequate. The bed was comfortable and wifi was good. Breakfast was quite nice including a self service cappuccino machine. The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the lovely pedestrian only street. Only criticism was the airport shuttle which cost 25 Euros and was 1 hour late. The hotel is easily reached by there metro which is how I left to go to the airport. The metro cost only a few Turkish lira and is only about 400 meters away from the hotel.
