Personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam men rummet slitet och inte så rent.

They are great ,We love it going there. This is the only Hotel we go when we going to Istanbul.

Vi havde et fint ophold og boede i en suite. Det var godt og alting virkede. Vi fik flere flasker vand hver dag. En underlig ting var dog at selv om der var en elkedel og både kaffe og the, var der ingen kopper. Vi boede på 7. etage og vi kunne konstant høre vandcirkulation i forbindelse med swimmingpoolen ovenpå. Men vi vænnede os hurtigt til lyden, og fandt endda lyden beroligende. Beliggenheden tæt på Taksimpladsen viste sig at være en fordel.

Room was dirty. They more so over probably just change the sheets, sweep the floor and wipe down the bathroom. The bathroom had mildew in the corner of shower and in between tiles. Hotel stunk like sewage. TV channels didn’t work. Called to have an iron delivered to my room and did get it, called again after waiting, still waiting for the iron. At night you can here music coming into your room up to around 2am every day, and it’s loud. Nothing about it makes you feel like you are in a hotel, my house feel more like one. Breakfast was pretty good.

We booked this hotel for our stay from 27th to 30 august and what we paid for, the property did not deliver. The first day we checked in we noticed ants crawling on all 3 beds, we checked the toilets and there were ants every where on the floor. When we complained the hotel could not relocate us in another room as all other rooms were fully booked. We struggled to communicate with the staff regarding immediate cleaning. When the cleaner came he hoovered the floor and changed the bed sheets. This was not enough as the ants were still appearing from somewhere. There were crackes inbetween the floor boards and scurting. Not to mention the HORRID smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. I would never recomment this hotel to anyone booking. Good luck to anyone who stays in room 3307. On check out we were not given any compensation for the inconvenience. Horrible service

The staff were very kind and professional at front desk, and I would like to give special thanks to Mesut who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. He really made my experience much more enjoyable. Even though they gave us the room earlier than check-in time, room service and cleaning was not really great…!!! Highly recommended!”

Ok hotel, nothing too fancy. Noisy outside and swimming pool was cold but location is decent.

It was great hotel and very close by to restaurant and Taksim square

Hotel staff were exceptional. My Partner and I were quite sick for 2 days and the hotel staff met every request in a timely manner. Only downside to our stay was the noise. Street noise and other guests around us were extremly noisy.

Conveniente ubicación y cómodo. Personal atento. Los baños necesitan mejor iluminación. Desayuno bastante completo. Es un hotel excelente, me volvería a hospedar aquí si regreso a Estambul.

Cons - SO noisy up until 1am (mainly singing) so requested to move rooms. Was moved from level 1 to 5 which was still noisy (slightly better). You NEED to have a room on the rear side to avoid this Bathroom in our room smelt SO bad every morning, strong sewage smell which was awful and spread across the bedroom and took a few hours to subside Room decor is so outdated and needs modernising Fridge was dirty inside Pool opens at 11am which wasn’t ideal for my family Pros - staff seemed friendly although the housekeeping staff speak zero English It’s a short walk to Taksim square I would avoid this hotel if possible

Lokasyonu guzel Istiklal caddesine cok yakin temiz guvenli bir otel. Calisanlari saygili Odalar biraz kucuk

There was no English speaking Cable channel only Turkish speaking channels. I reported the problem to management but the problem was not resolved. Good food buffet. Rooms need to be refurbished because the wall paper was peeling at the seams, scuffed marks on the walls . Wood Floors need to be refinished. Friendly staff.
