Lovely hotel with very very friendly staff. Food was absolutely amazing with lots to choose from. They have an ice cream shop which is also part of the all inclusive option so kids were very happy. Entertainment crew were fantastic. Very friendly and happy hotel.

Very nice family hotel

Öncelikle otelin tamamına yakını ingiliz turist bizimle beraber sadece 3 türk aile vardı otelde. Biz burayı çocuk dostu bir otel oldugunu gordugumuz ve cocuklara yönelik organizasyonları oldugundan dolayı tercih etmiştik ancak yanılmışız otelin kapasitesine göre havuzları çok kücük bu sebeple havuzda adım atacak yer yok ve hep kirli biz cocuğumuz sadece bir gun sokabildik ve diger gunler denize gitmek zorunda kaldık. Ayrica otelin ciddi bir hijyen sorunu var şoyle bir örnek vereyim kullandıgımiz asansorde kocaman bir karpuz kabuğu vardi 3 gun kaldik bu 3 gunde kimse kaldirmadi cunku temizlik adına bir sey yok. Bence bu otel turk ailelere bilet satmamalı çünkü zaten yokmuş gibi davranıyorlar...

Otel temizliği gayet iyi,çalışan personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü.Odalar oldukça geniş.Kahvaltı fazlasıyla çeşitli ve iyiydi.Otel müşterisi büyük çoğunlukla İngiliz ve küçük çocuklu aileler,havuz ve kaydıraklar çok kalabalık. Keyifli bir deneyim oldu,teşekkürler.

Bizim için mukemmel bir tatildi turk misafir yok gibiydi otel sırf ingiliz personel guler yüzlü temizlik 10 numara herkese tavsiye ederim

Son dakika rezervasyonu ile yapmış olduğumuz tatilde genel olarak memnun ayrıldık. Animasyon ekibi olsun, bar çalışanları olsun çok ilgili ve alakalılardı. Sadece ana yemek çeşidi biraz daha fazla olabilirdi.

This was one of the worst experiences we had with any hotel. First of all, when we arrived it was 110° outside and it was 110° inside, they didn't even bother to turn on the Air conditioner even in the lobby. Rooms were old, things were falling a part. We had only two 2 outlets in our room, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. They left us half used shampoo and body wash bottles. Air conditioner stopped working in our kids room, it took hotel one hour to send someone and then they blamed us for it 🙄. Food was terrible, we had to pay for water to drink, this is All Inclusive hotel. Pool was packed, water was murky and we could smell chlorine on the third floor where we stayed. They give you only one key to your room if you want second you need to leave a deposit. Costumer service is horrible. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

No AC in lobby, very low AC in the rooms, small swimming pool. The front desk staff not friendly or accomedating.

The stuff is very friendly, helpfull and speak good english. We asked to change the room to more quet and they did it immediately, i saw on dining room they help to the people to prepare the meal... The room was very clean. Good transportation ( bus number 3 is going from the hotel to city center and cost 8 TL ) - The cooperation with the hotel via email was poor, i asked about airport transfer and it took 5 days to answer, that they don"t have trasfer service. Childrens swimming pool is too shallow. it"s good for small children, but for my son 5 y.o. was too shallow, and to regular swimming pool he can"t enter because it too deep for him

Terrible terrible, This property belongs to people with kids. Terrible food. If you like French fries you should go there because that is the only food taste good. I seriously don’t recommend this hotel. They charge for safe deposit box in the room, they charge for English language TV, They charge for second room key. Extremely noisy hotel.

Family friendly hotel but there is no any activity for adults. All shows and activities only for kids. Staff were not so sensitive about hygiene. Dirty glasses and Bartenders always use their hands while putting ice into glasses. Their fingers always in the glasses and this is unacceptable these days. They don't clean shared toilets well. This also not good for these pandemic days.

Aile için uygun,temiz,sevimli bir otel..yemekleri fena değil,içeceklerde sorunlar var..eğlenceli bit otel..bir daha gelebiliriz..memnun kaldık..

Rooms air con was not working. We have a 1 year old and it was very hot in the room. Normally if theres a problem with the room hotels give you an upgrade. But not this one. They gave us a smaller room. After lying saying there were no rooms. Place is nice. Some staff let it down.

Verilen ücret dahilinde iyi bir konaklama idi. Çocuk oyun alanları bizim için önemli idi ve gayet iyiydi.

other guests arguing in the middle of the night screaming at each other i have a child as do most people clearly they were u der the influence and couldnt handle their drink worst hotelfor food it was the same food everyday breakfast egg n beans dinner pasta n chips chef didnt like my husband so burnt his omlette worst hotel to stay in also no iron 5Lira for1 item

Best Turkish holiday I have had friendly staff and shows were brilliant at night

Marmaris er fantastisk.. Rigtig godt hotel, desværre var de ikke så service orienteret som sidste år. Pool området er perfekt til børn.

This hotel was average. Food wasn't great compared to other hotels I stayed in. Not much entertainment. Same things repeated everyday. I have stayed in much better hotels. Biggest problem I had was the AC would come on only after 6 o clock which was absolutely ridiculous in the August heat. Staff lied to me several times when I complained. Would NOT stay in this hotel again.
