I had an absolutely wonderful stay, made truly special by the incredible hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine smiles every single time I passed by, which instantly made me feel at home. The team was always ready to help with everything I needed, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. A very special thank you to the two gentlemen at the front desk/reception, both named Batuahann. They were absolutely fantastic — professional, kind, attentive, and consistently welcoming. Their warmth, positive energy, and dedication truly stood out and made my experience unforgettable. I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

Great hotel with convenient access to the shopping mall! The staff was very friendly, and my room was amazing — I especially loved the beautiful city view. The breakfast was nice, and it’s only about a 20-minute ride to Istanbul Airport. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!
