Hilton Mall of Istanbul

2 nights we were woken up drastically by a terrible alarm which was a female voice shouting in Turkish, this happened at 03:00am in the middle of the night, and with 2 kids and a baby they were absolutely terrified and did not sleep all night. Then to make matters worse, the night before the return flight this happened again, multiple times over and over and we all woke up, kids needed to be rested for the travel, and this has completely ruined our travel plans and created huge difficulty and stress on our travels. Not happy at all.

Upon arrival the guard almost broke the suitcase, the staff have broken English, you ask for the same thing 3 times, they rip you off on the laundry service, you ask for matches they don't have any but don't even offer you a lighter, this morning 3 times they called me in my room to tell me that I have to leave today even though it was extended and validated since the day before... When you complain to reception, the staff around you laugh and make fun of you. Never ever again! A horror!

Der Service war nur durchschnitt, nicht dem Hilton Erwartungen gerecht. Frühstück sehr "mager" keine Kaffeeauswahl, nur Filterkaffee. Im Fitnessbereich kein Wasser und Desinfektionsmittel vorhanden.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Nur war leider der Standort vom Hotel zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Meer zu weit.

Used the hotel for overnight stay and was comfortable with good braekfast.

Reception struggled to find my booking, then told me it had not been paid for (which it had). Restaurant not up to usual Hilton standards. Shopping mall next door was the saving grace

It’s great location. The hotel is amazing. One thing the room was facing the sun so with even using air conditioning still didn’t cool down enough

The hotel looks nice and modern. Breakfast is overall good. However the room smelled of Turkish cigarettes and was minimally clean. Staff was pleasant but spoke almost no English.
