temiz, güzel, ferah, denize sıfır, yemekler iyi daha ne olsun. kemer merkezde bu şekilde uygun fiyata bu kadar hizmet alabileceğiniz yer yoktur sanırım.

Oda her gün temizleniyor, personel çalışkan, otel konumu mükemmel. Yemekler iyiydi.

Arrived 2300, booked comfort room and was initally given small room. Went to complain and had to use google translate, the staff barely spoke or understood english and this continued throughout the week. When we got the right room, it was a good size but was basic. Patio doors but not a walk out balcony. It was directly on the back so had the entertainment blairing each night. The rooms are NOT soundproof! We could even hear people dining! The bed wasnt comfortable as it was too firm, the pillows were huge and only a tiny bed cover which didnt even fit the width of the bed. The pool is basically inside and the resturant seating surrounds it, so its more like decoration rather then for use as theres only 2 loungers. It doesnt get any sun. The beach bar is extra. The normal bar is okay. The food was repetative and not to the standard people have made out. By the time you get back to your table, if it was warm, its cold. You have to play towel wars before 7am to get a decent beach lounger as most are under cover and the hotel doesnt get any sun after 1500 unless its the front row! The spa... well that saves this hotel and was fab. It's the only part we enjoyed, we had 5 massages each and a hamman, always recieved great care and service. The location of hotel is central and next to marina. Entertainment each night which is loud but it did stop most nights at 2300. The bar is then paid for after that time so the noise reduces alot. The hotel isnt bad, just very average.

Het was heel mooi.. ik was ziek geworden en er werd goed geholpen. Ik was zeer snel genezen. Eerlijke mensen buiten de taxi’s.. zeer duur

Öncelikle onca yol geldikten sonra resepsiyondaki yabancı uyruklu arkadaşla türkçe anlaşmaya çalışmak çok zordu. Otelin içi ferah odaları geniş temiz yeni genellikle misafirler yaşlı turist bu yüzden herkes gayet oturaklı davranıyor her anlamda herhangi bir aşırı aykırı durum gözlemlemedik eşimle. Yemekler gayet yeterli çeşitli ve lezzetliydi açıkçası bu kadar beklemiyordum diyebilirim ilk deneyimimizdi eğer kum plaj olsa her yıl gelebileceğimiz bir oteldi otopark biraz sıkıntılı küçük ama ara sokaklarda da bırakabilirsiniz sorun olmuyor .

Check n was so slow took over 20 minutes! Receptionist not doing there job! Very Rude Reception and check out!!

An amazing place to stay! The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They made me feel super welcome and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was very clean and had everything you needed. I found it was in a great location to do different day trips, getting collected outside the hotel, and very convenient having the beach beside you too! I would highly recommend staying and I will definitely be back !!

" " The hotel was great. The Turkish stuff was very friendly and welcoming, the Russian speaking ones not so much. The food was great! The best pahlava I've ever tried! The territory around the hotel is beautiful! "-" When we arrived to the hotel, we was placed in a smallest room possible, where the door lock got broken within 10 minutes of our being in the room. There was only 1 bed, we had to ask for another one. I booked "Comfort" room with a balcony and 1 full size and 1 single beds. Next day they moved us to a "Comfort" room, but room had 2 single beds. I was traveling to Turkey to see my mom, whom I have not seen for over 10 years, so I was not in a mood for any kind of fight, so we made it work. But this "welcome" totally destroyed our first day together. Then there was a situation with a WIFI, where nobody could help... Also, I'm a bit of a clean freak, and the fact that our room floor never got a wet cleaning (even though room service was daily) kind of freaks me out a bit (we stayed for 11 nights). I would say, it is a great place to stay, but the customer service and cleaning could totally be better!!!

The staff and vibe of the hotel is lovely, can't complain there. But if you are looking for a good night sleep here forget it! omg the hotel structure is a spiral with the fiesta based outside right in the middle. The DJ plays all night from 8pm until midnight/1am. Blasts the music all the way up! So the whole hotel can hear! If you're someone who wants an early, peaceful sleep do not book here. You can hear the party music from level 1 - to level 4. Your doors closed, windows closed... it doesn't matter. Luckily for me, I conk out easily regardless of noise if I'm really tired, or staying up late it didn't bother me after the first night... I got used to it. But the first night was a shock for me. I asked staff if it was like this every night and they said yes! Other than that the hotel is lovely and the staff are really great. I went solo and enjoyed myself there. The all inclusive drinks do not include cocktails by the way, just alcohol with chasers. The room is really basic which disappointment me because looked more big and vibrant in the pics but it did the job. The hotel beach is a pebble beach, but if you want a nice clean sand beach, go to Moon Beach which is a simple walk away. You have to pay for entry, (Unless you're hot girl like me, then its free lol!) Overall I had a good time and made good memories. Just wouldn't stay here because of the late hotel party vibe, I like to sleep in silence! Thanks for a lovely time L'ancora regardless!

Hotels was beautifull. Mr. Akay very much helped us. I like this place pretty much.

Food and drinks could be better, but it is clean and have good facilities and the area is good. I would stay again.

It was really good vacation. Mr. Akay helped us too much for our holiday to be unforgettable. The sea is christal clear. Hotel location is in the city center. Close to everywhere you need to. Employees is very helpfull. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is centrally located just by the sea. It's nice to stay in center as you can walk around anytime you want. Meals especially lunch and dinner were very good. There were beef in each of it. Sea was very good/clean for swimming.. I was lucky to swim end of October!

très bien situer le personnel pas très souriant et le buffet pas extraordinaire et les heures pour manger le soir nul 18 h30 a 20 h30 Les chambres qui donne sur la piscine au milieu de l hôtel sont très bien

Хорошее питание, обслуживание, номера, уборка каждый день и смена полотенец, на пляже крупная галька, поэтому нужна специальная обувь, и отель немолодежный имейте ввиду
