Lasagrada Hotel Istanbul

Our stay at Lasagrada Hotel Istanbul was a major disappointment, marked by hygiene issues and a shocking lack of basic customer service. Bed Bug Infestation: The room was infested with bed bugs. Multiple members of our party ended up with painful, itchy bites all over our bodies. This is a serious health concern that the hotel needs to address immediately. Substandard Bedding: We booked for three adults, but the extra bed provided was incredibly uncomfortable. Even after asking for a replacement, the second one they brought was just as bad and unfit for sleep. Unprofessional Service: The service was the worst part of the stay. When we requested extra pillows, we were told there was no staff to help. When a member of our group went to the lobby in person to get them, the staff was dismissive and gave him a hard time. They only agreed to help after he mentioned filing a formal complaint. Expedia Intervention Required: Despite the confrontation in the lobby, the pillows still weren’t delivered. I eventually had to contact Expedia support to get the hotel to fulfill this basic request. It took 45 minutes and multiple escalations just to get pillows. Between the bed bugs and the unprofessional, unhelpful staff, this was an incredibly stressful experience. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel until they improve their hygiene standards and train their staff in basic hospitality.

I booked a room at Lasagrada Hotel Istanbul for 3 adults, expecting proper, comfortable accommodations for everyone. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of acceptable standards. Uncomfortable Extra Bed: The hotel initially provided a highly uncomfortable rollaway bed for the third adult. After we complained, they did change it out for a different one, but the replacement was just as uncomfortable and completely unfit for a restful night's sleep. Bed Bug Infestation: Worst of all, the room had bed bugs. Multiple members of our group ended up with painful, itchy bites across our bodies (legs, arms, back) during the stay. While I appreciate that they attempted to swap the bed, it didn't solve the comfort issue, and it certainly didn't fix the major health and hygiene risk of having bed bugs in the room. This made our stay highly uncomfortable and incredibly stressful. I cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere.

The gym is really tiny and a joke rest of the Hotel things were ok

Super amazing staff. It’s central to everything and they have a gym, spa and really hearty breakfast each morning. Would 100 stay here next time in Turkey

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Lasagrada war hervorragend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und alle Personalen hilfsbereit.

The stay was so good that I could only complain on the breakfast room music where a woman was destroying old beautiful songs with her voice :). The hotel is perfectly situated and everything super, and we stayed for 10 days. Perfect for recovery from operations too!

Was very clean staff was very nice location excellent only little issues with BF it was good but not excellent although staff was amazing in BF restaurant. When it comes to the options especially in Istanbul you would expect something more that goes with level of hotel basically it is very simple BF .

오스만베이 근처에서 숙소를 골라야 한다면 여기가 가장 최고의 가성비와 위치입니다. 훌륭한 아침 식사와 최고의 서비스 그리고 훌륭한 부대시설이 힘든 출장을 그나마 편안히 해주는것 같아요. 지하에 위치한 마사지 가격만 조금 더 현지 가격에 맞게 조정이 되면 좋겠다는 바램입니다.
