Pineta Park Deluxe Hotel - All Inclusive

Pictures and info on web are way too old - they needs to be updated and hotel needs a 360° refresh.

The guest cleaning was every day but only to bring towels and empty trash. The bathtub and shower were never cleaned.

Die Geschäfte in der Nähe waren soweit gut, der Wellnessbereich war super, entspannend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr alt und entsprechend ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls alt, und Vorhänge mit Schimmel waren vorhanden. Dies wurde erst nach meiner Beschwerde erneuert. Das Essen war überwiegend mager bis auf das Frühstück. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Der Poolbereich und der Pool selbst waren super; es gab zwei große Schwimmbecken. Es war immer Personal am Poolbereich, es waren genügend Liegen vorhanden und es war sauber. Die Bar war täglich bis 23:30 Uhr zugänglich und hat ihr Versprechen gehalten. Leider hat uns das Hotel enttäuscht, da es auf den Bildern auf Expedia ganz anders dargestellt wurde als in der Realität.

Worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in, rooms are dirty, cigarette stubs put out in bath, no aircon, stains all over the carpets, lifts not working, broken furniture in bedroom, cleaners unseen, it is not all inclusive, food is not edible, I could go on, however I won’t but I will state don’t waste you’re money on this hotel, the hotel was that bad we cut our holiday short and got the next available flight home. It really lets Marmaris down. Been to several hotels and never had anything like this in all my life. Expedia couldn’t even polish this turd of a hotel if they tried. Completely different to pics and how Expedia sell this hotel.

Friendly staff, huge dinning room, no queues. Nice fresh food, went all inclusive, so the drinks were flowing, 2 big pools , plenty of sunbeds. Shops onsite , General store 24/7 and if u smoke 4 places u cant smoke in ur room, but balcony ok, dining area, reception and kiddies pool. The tattoo shop was my highlight, has £2000 ink machine, effortlessly tattoos, great guy and u must get a pedicure, lovely lady very thorough

The one good thing about the hotel was the pool rooms are dated it needs a re-paint throughout hairdryer in bathroom glued together very dangerous food was repetitive &tasteless we ate out every night

Hotellet var ret godt. Godt mad. Men værelserne og bygning trænger til at blive moderniseret.

The food was the same all week and there were more flies in the dining room than outside. There were only 2 lifts in the whole hotel. Some of the staff were rude and the entertainment staff didn’t bother to talk to you unless you were young. However the ladies who cleaned the rooms are polite and friendly. The young manager was helpful. The prices to keep the room on for an extra six hours were extortionate.

Low standard in everything! One bar and one man to serve all the guests! There is no bar in the lobby, and the sports equipment is completely unusable. Most important of all, they gave me a standard room instead of booking a deluxe room!? It required me to argue for a long time with the management and threaten to contact Expedia which forced them to give me delux room as my reservation. I really regretted for booking five paid nights for such a hotel!

Hotellet værelser svare til et 4 stjernet, I receptionen var personalet kompetente og kunne engelsk, men det øvrige personalet formåede ikke at holde standarden i spiseafd. Der var for lidt opsyn og oprydning, så det var et stort madsvineri både ved buffeten, gulvet og udendørs. Ved pool området var det beskidt af cigaretter,papirer,servietter, plast bæger samt fliserne generelt var beskidte. Alt for lidt opsyn vedr. Regler for hvordan man som gæst bør opføre sig da alle skal kunne være der og ikke som vi overværede, manglerne opsyn fra forældre da 3 drenge sad og dyppede deres hoved ned i en tallerken fyldt med ketchup og pomfritter, så hele ansigtet var smurt ind i ketchup. For derefter at springe direkte ned i poolen for at få vaske ansigtet. Det var simpelthen ulækkert. Musikken ved poolområdet var så højt at man ikke var i stand til at komunikerre normalt.

THE HOTEL WAS FAULTLESS BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE FOOD LETS IT DOWN BUT I WOULD DEFINETLY RETURN AS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. POOL SIDE SNACKS WERE GOOD SO YOU DIDN'T TOTALLY STARVE. ROOMS VERY COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS.

The hotel was good and rooms were clean.Hotel is at a very good location.close tot he beach and restaurants. The showers are out dated compared to modern fashion.also there were no kettles and coffee/tea sachets in the rooms like other hotels. this is a common facility that should be provided.Food was a major issue.as per hotel standards food Wasn't great. We all fell ill especially our toddlers. They didn't have much options for vegetarians.

no facility for drinks hot or cold in lobby area during day or evening, could only get drinks from a paying bar or go down two flights of stairs or outdoor stairway to get a drink. Poor evening entertainment area, "Clubhouse" which consisted of cold, dark area with poor bar facilities / staffing and seating was plastic chairs / tables and plastic cups for drinks....dreadful! Entertainment team....3 people who hardly spoke to guests! Doors were constantly open both front and back of hotel causing the lounge area to be cold and windy. Poor selection of foods, pasta with no sauce, chicken constantly, under cooked on one occasion causing problems with guests. Nice large pool area, lovely sun beds, sturdy parasols however several wer noted to be broken.

The furniture is very old. A/C did not work when I checked in o the room, and was only patially fixed. TV old, small, and the picture is not clear. Indoor swimming pool is very small. So is the entire spa. Outside pool is large but couldn't use it as it was raining. Food is ok but it's not what you expect from a 4 star hotel.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was clean and well laid out. The rooms were nice and spacious with a double and single bed, very clean and maid service everyday. Good warm shower, lots of storage space and a safe included. Nice balcony, we overlooked the road but with a nice view of the mountains, my nieces' room overlooked the pool. Her room was less wide than mine but she had an interconnecting room which was ideal for her as there were 6 of them. The pool was really nice, plenty of sunbeds although you may have to get up early to get one as there was a lot of 'reserving' going on. There were games organised during the day if you were interested. Good internet room for when the kids were missing their gaming!(extra charge). The animation team were very friendly and good kids club. The restaurant was a nice room, food was ok, not brilliant, just ok. The kids didn't like a lot of it and there could have been a bit more variety. Breakfast not bad but you had to be up early if you wanted pancakes which the kids liked! Lunch ok and they laid on burger and chip snacks in the afternoon at 2pm and cakes and biscuits at 5pm which was pretty good. You could get drinks all day but limited to 2 drinks a visit which is a bit awkward when you have lots of children with you, we were 3 adults and 5 children. It was good that they could get a drink around the pool when they wanted one. Bar service not bad. It was a nuisance, however having to queue up for drinks with your evening meal.

Il personale , salvo eccezioni, non parla inglese. Ospiti incuranti delle regole di educazione basilari ma mai riportati all'ordine dal personale dell'hotel (urla, rumori molesti e altro in piscina ad ogni ora della notte, spesso difficile dormire). Servizio ristorazione inadeguato. Pulizia biancheria molto discutibile.

I would buy this again without all inclusive...The food is good but very repititive. Nice pool, Great staff

The hotel and food is horrible. We paid for two nights and had to go book mother room somewhere else. Hotel is very run down and stinks.

There are many hotels located in that area of marmaris - but this is one of the better ones. Our room was average condition but housekeeping was not good - all they did each day was do the beds. Overall condition of the hotel was good. Food was good and quite a variety. Staff were fantastic especially the entertainment team. If you can overlook the condition of the room then the stay here will be wonderful.
