It was just wonderful, a lovely hotel - clean, beautifully presented. The food was really good too. The staff there are exceptional, really warm and helpful - I think they might be the jewel in the crown … along side the private beach at the blue lagoon.

Genel olarak çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Tüm çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi otelin olanakları gayet güzeldi. Sadece odamızın temizliği biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Geri kalan her şey çok güzeldi.

Konum olarak güzel fakat hizmet olarak maalesef vasat. Oda temizlikleri iyi değil. Odalar küçük ve balkon kapılarını temizlik sonrası açık bıraktıkları için sivrisinek doluyor :) ortalamanın bir tık altında otel.

Hotel was really nice and in a good location around 200m to beach. It doesn’t say it on the hotel details but their private beach area is actually at the Blue Lagoon and is really picturesque. Rooms are a little small but well appointed, food is really good and service is excellent. We have travelled widely and would happily go back to Olu Deniz over other Turkish resorts and would pick this hotel again no problem!👍

Let me start with the negative: a lot of noise (high music) most of the day and until at least 11 pm. The staff varied between being very service-minded to the opposite (simply unfriendly). Fitness room outdated. Should have been more buses to the beach. Most positive: lunch and dinner (breakfast a bit disappointing).

Otelden genel anlamı ile memnun ayrıldık. Temizlik ve hizmet oldukça iyiydi. Aksaklıklar otopark ve sivrisinek problemi. İlaçlama daha titiz yapılabilir.ayrıca kapalı bir yemek salonu sağlanmalıdır. Sıcakta yemek yemek biraz zor olabiliyor.

Beautiful resort Easy to walk around

I recently stayed at a lovely resort. The food was excellent, and the location was ideal. It is within walking distance to the famous strip with shops and bars and the beach. The majority of the staff were very friendly, though the front desk staff could have been more accommodating and friendly.. Thankfully, there was an adult-only pool which was a blessing as the main pool was overcrowded with kids and their inflatable toys. Our group consisted of 8 people, and we requested 4 rooms in close proximity to one another when we made our reservation a month in advance. However, we were disappointed to discover upon arrival that our rooms were the worst on the property and quite far apart. Additionally, some rooms on the top floors had no elevators, which made it challenging for my sister who has knee pain to climb the stairs every day. Despite these setbacks, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future. However, I would call in advance to demand better rooms on lower floors.

Nice place to stay for a week or two. All included, food is tasty and plentyful, entertaintment program almost every night, five minutes walk to beach and shopping streets. At the same ltime relatively quiet. There is a lot to do in the area - excursions, paragliding, sea cruises. Highly recommended.

A good AI hotel. Loved the adult only pool area, nice and quiet. Pretty flowers everywhere. Our bathroom was a little tired, but an amazing shower, always hot water. Food and drink was good. Evening entertainment was enjoyable. Everyone from reception to waiters were friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay. Our room had plenty of space & adequate storage. Food was good & the head chef was always around checking on everything. Service was good. Drinks were just ok but we managed to find what worked for us. Would stay again & recommend.

Hotel vient placé au centre d'Oludeniz proche des cafés, restaurants et de toutes activités sportives. Pour amateur de parapente à voir depuis le téléphérique.

Wi-Fi was terrible and could barely connect, hotel knew about this being a problem but just accepted this as the way it is. Only available at reception and pool. Shower was dated and not upto 4* standard low pressure and

The room was very small the bathroom was very small basically they gave us basement room dirty I was supposed to be there for six nights I check out after second night I will never stay at this property ever again very bad experience my sister got sick. The toilet and shower was blocked the whole room smelled of toilet.

The hotel is just okay. The private beach is a shuttle ride away and the shuttle has limited timings. Finding a taxi back is quite tough. The bell boy who got our luggage was rude and on being given liras as tip he said he wanted more and in euros ! After that he created a whole fuss and demanded 10 euros for giving a second key to the room! I left my glasses at the hotel and called them an hour after check out but they insisted they didn't have them even thou they had been left right there in the bathroom. Very unhelpful staff only the lady at reception was better and helped us out with the second key.

Great location near the beach and shopping centre.

Staf is zeer behulpzaam, erg prettige mensen. Hotel ligt zeer centraal in Oludeniz. Zwembaden zijn prima. Eten is ook in orde, voor ieder wat. Enige minpunt is de WiFi, deze is ronduit slecht.
