I was very pleased with the overall cleanliness of the place, the staff were all professional, the area was fantastic with a lot of shopping places.

We enjoyed the swimming pool, the breakfast and the location was great.

Perfect central location just 2mins walk from the airport bus stop and a further 2mins walk to Taksim square and the metro. The hotel offered a superb & substantial breakfast - great to start the day. The rooms were comfortable and the pool & spa were great. The restaurant did not offer a dinner service and there was no bar but there were plenty of options to dine & drink nearby.

Das einzig Positive an dem Hotel ist, die Nähe zum Taksim. Alles andere enttäuschend. An Rezeption auf meine Frage ob der Nette Herr auch Deutsch spricht, hiess es Nein. Darauf angesprochen, dass in der Beschreibung die deutsche Sprache drauf steht, erwiderte der Herr mit" Wer hat das geschrieben, der Hoteldirektor" und lachte. Zum Glück konnte er wenigstens ein wenig English. Nach einigen Tagen zufällig deutsch gesprochen und siehe da, der Herr konnte Deutsch zimlich gut. Das fand ich überhaupt nicht witzig und unprofessionell. Das gesamte Personal machte kein freundlichen Eindruck. Man hatte das Gefühl von aussen, dass die überhaupt keine Lust auf die Arbeit haben. Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen und sieht nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Essen war immer gleich, Brot sehr hart wie vor einer Woche. Offengetränke wie Orangensaft, Apfelsaft usw schmecken schrecklich. Extrem künstlich und süss. Alles Konzentrat aber ganz bestimmt kein gesunder Apfel/Orangensaft. Die Umgebung ist sehr laut, Bett unbequem, sehr kleiner Badezimmer. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, Putzpersonal war freundlich. Alles in allem eher enttäuschend. Würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen und werde persönlich auch nicht mehr besuchen.

It was very noisy, other residents banging doors, shouting in the corridors

Lot of noise at late night from other room in the other guest rooms in the hotel. And also lot of dunkers stay in this hotel. Very good location but not good for business purpose.

Manager (Onur) of this property not qualified to be a manager .Not helfpfull and not professional at all.I will give this hotel 3 or 4 stars.There are many nice hotels in istanbul.When you are going to deal with manager of this hotel you will experience rudness .Problems are not solved,they feel ofended when You tell them something is wrong.Dont book this hotel

This is not 5 star Hotel.Manager Onur Demiralay very rude.When problem occurred he took it personally and his attitude was very agressive and rude.When I told him that he supose to be polite and listen to the guests he told me i am not the one who will teach him how to behave.He said this is free country and if you dont like this hotel you can go.Very ,very rude.Avoid this hotel because is very expensive and not 5 star hotel.

The furniture of the room was old and cleanliness was not good. Breakfast was good, staff were cooperative and the hotel has good location
