COMO Parrot Cay

Hotel muito bom, mas o mar dele não é tão gostoso, calmo e bonito como na praia de Grace Bay. Venta um pouco e o mar fica mais agitado. É que antes de nós hospedar aqui ficamos na praia Grace Bay que é mais bonita de Turks and Caicos. O mar é mais verde enquanto em Grace Bay é azul. Mas o hotel é muito bacana, piscinas ótimas, atendimento excelente, valeu a pena.

Probably the most amazing beach in the Caribbean. 2 amazing heated pools. Food is great with so many gluten free and vegan options. As well as seafood, chicken etc. Spa is top shelf. If you're looking for somewhere to relax and kick back, this is it. They have entertainment on certain nights and have an amazing beach bar alongside a fresh pizza station. Its also kid friendly. Choose from regular rooms or book with family at a beach house or estate villa. We will be going back. Thank You Como Parrot Cay.

The staff, property, rooms, and food was exceptional. It was near the off season so the resort itself was quite. It was truly a magical place. One negative feedback was the guys that work at the boat house were a bit rude and didn’t seem to want to be bothered.

A beautiful secluded peaceful escape which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pristine beach, wonderful food and simple but stylish accommodation as well as wonderful personal service (Shirley the guest relations manager made us feel at home in particular) was fabulous!

Property is dated. Amenities are limited. Dining options are good not great. Grounds are not impeccably maintained. Service is pleasant. Overall the resort is overrated.

Don’t arrive on a Friday afternoon! The majority of the custom agents leave at 3 o’clock on Fridays. It took us about 90 minutes of waiting in line to get through customs. You can buy a pass 4 days in advance that will allow you to go through faster. I would check with the hotel for information. It takes about 90 minutes to get to the hotel. The 30 minute boat ride was enjoyable and easy. Once we reached the island, we boarded a large golf cart type of vehicle for a 15 minute drive to the hotel. Overall the food choices were wonderful. Harry went out of his way to make sure we had any and everything we wanted at the beach. I recommend taking advantage of some of the exercise classes such as the yoga one. Both the class and setting were worth the effort. Do not miss having a massage. My husband and I had the deep tissue massage. Which was amazing. What makes this hotel outstanding is the privacy at the beach. The beach and isolation are fantastic. The pools are warm and inviting. Biking around the island was fun. On top of the posted taxes and service charges per day there was an additional unexpected almost $100.00 charge a night that no one could properly explain. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world. This was the most expensive and not the nicest. We enjoyed our stay but probably won't be back. To many other nice places to go.

Ambientazione e natura molto bella, servizio impeccabile. Non è chiaro quando si prenota l'ubicazione delle abitazioni vista mare, dalle foto sembrano sulla spiaggia poi in realtà non lo sono. Molta confusione e sovraffollamento delle piscine.

Parrot Cay is a beautiful resort that offers an unspoiled beautiful beach with plenty of privacy. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The only negative comment was our bed had a stained decorative cover that should not have been used and replaced each day. Short of that mistake, the staff made you feel more than welcome and worked to make your stay perfect. It was very close to it!

This was our third trip to this COMO property. Unfortunately the beach is not in the condition that it had been on our previous trips -chairs are placed on an elevated area and not directly on the beach which was a huge disappointment and may deter us from taking future trips to this location. Other than that the staff are amazing and the resort is beautiful. Overall, it was an amazing trip.

Great hotel but food is terribly overpriced! $40 for a regular burger with french fries! Food portions are extremely small for the price!!

Exclusive and luxurious! Lots of activities, impeccable service, unique spa. Best in perhaps all of the Caribbean. Maybe run into a celebrity…or two!

Perfect place to getaway and enjoy great food, beach, pool, and water activities. The spa services are amazing!
