The Oasis at Grace Bay

Stacie at the front desk made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions. There was some construction going on around us but not too disturbing. Shuttle to the beach was really nice. I would recommend staying at this resort. We will be back.

I love the hotel. Great location and everything was in walking distance. The staff were great. I most definitely had a great birthday celebration. Thank you! The Oasis at Grace Bay will be back next year!

Loved the welcome host and drinks especially the revitilizing aromatic face towels upon arrival.

I sent my parents here on a last-minute trip to attend a nearby wedding, and from the moment they arrived, they were treated with the utmost kindness and hospitality. My mom is one tough cookie, but even she said she has *never* experienced such genuine warmth and care. The grounds were spotless, and the rooms were just as clean and welcoming. My parents were blown away by how attentive the staff were—going above and beyond to make sure their stay was perfect. The sweetest touch was when the staff even asked my parents to let them know once they had arrived home safely! This kind of thoughtful service left such an impression that we’re already planning a family trip back. There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for the way they were treated. Thank you so much for making their trip so special!

Good , definitely coming back

I won't be staying there anymore. We had a room with 2 beds, last night I changed beds and woke up with my whole body filled with bed bug bites. The property is nothing to rave about. One restaurant for breakfast/lunch and dinner with the same items. The beach is not walking distance; you need to be driven with a golf cart and same to return. The only friendly staff at the front desk, is Stacey, the rest of the ladies are borderline rude. Especially an Asian looking one, just exudes bad energy. This resort is not impressive and same with the staff.

Love the luxury villa that I stayed in !!!! Hotel is literally down the road from Aziza and Shisha lounge so it makes everything so convenient.

Arrived had used cigarette in non smoking room, stain on cover. Rug was filthy, bench in room filthy, bed squeeked a lot. Shower was nasty, room had good air conditioning, size of room was nice, bed was comfortable. Door to room was broken kind of, walls paper paper thin, could make out entire convos of neighbors. Pool was nice, pretty hotel. Restaurant was ok,location was nice very close to beach. Had shuttle service to beach. This is a budget friendly place. And you really get what you pay for here, and maybe a little less. They could work better on cleanliness and updating basic things to make the stay better, overall my stay wasn’t impacted poorly as I came pretty prepared with my own sheets and blankets. Etc. but I wouldn’t come back here.

We had an amazing experience here! The staff was incredibly polite, pleasant, and accommodating from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional. We were unexpectedly stuck due to a hurricane and had to extend our stay — the team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for during a stressful time. They even arranged transportation and shuttle services to the beach and other places, which made a huge difference. We are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Our first visit and the property was so nice and quiet. Robes and slippers in your room, shuttle to the beach, close enough to walk to dining, coffee, and the grocery store. The free E-bike rentals were used daily by my wife and I. Excellent trip.

This trip was our second time at The Oasis and it did not disappoint at all! We absolutely love it there and love the addition of La Isolana restaurant. We must thank the following staff that made our trip so special this time around: Nev and Alba (front desk) for making my husband’s birthday so special, Leslie for giving us such a warm welcome every morning at breakfast, Whitley for driving us in the shuttle to the beach, and David (or Daniel??) for making us such good pizza! We came back for the beauty of Turks but the Oasis reminded us that it’s also for the people who are so kind, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Agréablement surprises par les commodités dans la chambre. Personnel très accueillant et aimable de la réception au restaurant en passant par les garçons de plage, le personnel d’entretien et les chauffeurs de navette. Nous recommandons définitivement cet hôtel.
