Great location, comfortable rooms and nice pool area !

The overall property was lovely, check customer service was excellent. The property is about 5 minutes walking distance from Grace Bay and 2 minutes from the beach. Room Was wonderful, I will visit again 9/10.

I loved everything about this hotel! Staff was AMAZING, I wish I got their names! Rooms were spotless, service was impeccable, everyone was so sweet. I just wish they had a better continental breakfast, it was a very limited.

Good stay. Hotel needs a little updating. Some places around the hotel didn't smell that great.

Besides the comments above the ultimate was the staff. The front desk staff; Lekiethra, Wes, Ruth and Olivier (like Sir Lawrence Olivier). Breakfast staff, Rose Fanny and the famous twins Lerone and Lerone at the beach. We had an awesome stay.

Beyond the check in was poor in customer service and she didn’t wanted to check us in on time even tough i had my son medication and a real need to get in to the room; the property was good and with very good access to the beautiful beach ! Restaurants nearby like the grill and infinity were very good and the pool was quiet and enjoyable .

We have stayed 3x from only 2 people to a 5 person family and each time has been excellent, Pool is quiet and you don’t have to wake up at 5am to save a seat. The breakfast is amazing to get your day started but if you are in need of “barista coffee” - you are a quick walk to The Ritz Ritual Coffee. Beach is a quick walk away and the setup service by the hotel is perfect. Lots of floaties and buckets for the kids and the beach area has multiple restaurants close by. Salerno Restaurant is inexpensive and consistently good. The kitchen /kitchenette is great and the grocery store is a close walk away. So you can save some money to get quick eats. The staff is awesome and courteous- while being available 24 hours it seems. Best place to stay if you don’t need too many amenities and you are here for the beach / pool and some great eats.

The property is very nice and close to the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. Includes beach service including chairs and umbrellas! Good value for the money.

First off, you cannot beat the beach access and walkable access to all the restaurants. The staff is so hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty basic (continental) but will hold you over until lunch. Quaint and cute place.
