The hotel is nice, clean, and quiet. This is my second stay here, and I continue to be satisfied with the experience. The breakfast selection is also very good.

We had another lovely stay at Hilton Garden Inn this week, the staff are so attentive and helpful, especially Collins and Wilson, but there isn't one member of staff who did anything less than their best to ensure that we had a good stay. My children love it here and the addition of a rollaway bed makes it much more comfortable for all of us. I was not charged for this which compared to other hotels we have stayed in during our trip is brilliant and so thoughtful. It does not take much to set these beds up and makes such a difference to families who can struggle to find hotel rooms to accomodate multiple children. We stayed either side of a visit to Murchison and the hotel was happy to store my luggage for the 2 days we were away, even offering us a complimentary breakfast for our last few days as I had mistakenly left this off our second booking. It's perfect walking distance to Acacia Mall and easy for all the nice restaurants in Kololo and surrounding areas. We will definitely be back again next time we are in Kampala!

It was a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kampala. Me and my girlfriend stayed there for 3 nights in our large King's size bedroom that was as big as a whole apartment, with two seperate bathrooms so that me and my girls could take care of our businneses privately. The bed was soft and comfy, the AC worked well, and it's good noice isolation in the room. The breakfast buffet and the dinner menu at the hotel was tasty, good quality and affordable. We haven't had the time to check out the pool during the stay. We also got breakfast for our check -out that we ate in the car for the trip to our safari journey. The personnel was kind and very helpful. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay for us both.

Great hotel, nice location

Staff and manager is very rude. They called me several times the day before check-in and asked me to check out early. Then early the next morning they called again and rang the room bell repeatedly to ask me to answer. The manager said he would give us a one-night present as an apology, but that was a lie.

Probably one of the best hotels in Kampala for that price range. The entrance is a bit hard to find.

Lovely stay in a great location

Las habitaciones muy descuidadas, me hicieron un cargo doble al momento de pagar mi estancia. Estoy en proceso de resolverlo.

Happy staying there. Food is good & staff are courteous and helpful. Food range is good. Must try is their Biryani & African Chicken Stew. However, the bathroom amenities are getting a bit worn out. Still overall happy with the stay.

A very good place to stay in. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely make another booking for stay!
