Ohne das gravierende Hygieneproblem am Frühstücksbuffet hätten wir sogar 4-5 Sterne vergeben. Hotel, Rezeption, Poolarea...alles super. So hat es uns leider und auch anderen Gästen mehrere Tage des Urlaubs wegen Magen/Darm Erkrankung gekostet. Wir trafen einige Gäste in der Apotheke und sahen auch so viele mit Imodium in der Hand . Einige Gäste "sammelten" teils nur mit der Hand Gebäck, Brot und Obst vom Buffet direkt in Plastiktüten...wohl Verpflegung für den Tag. Das ist noch kein Hygieneproblem, aber nicht schön. Allerdings fielen auch mal Löffel in die Schalen, welche vom Personal oft nicht gewechselt wurden, sondern nur wieder ordentlich abgelegt wurden. Das schlimmste war aber das Auffüllen mitgebrachter Flaschen am Wasser und Saft, sogar Stahlflaschen wurden komplett mit Kaffee gefüllt. Alle wurden direkt an den Auslauf gehalten, Servicemitarbeiter halfen sogar dabei. Ich sprach einen währenddessen an, er wischte nebenbei an seiner verschnupften Nase und dann direkt wieder an den Auslauf. Er sah kein Problem. Schupfen wäre das kleinste Problem, aber es gibt eben noch schlimmere Bakterien und Viren und die haben hier einige erwischt! Jedes Hotel bisher untersagt das Auffüllen und auf Kreuzfahrtschiffen ist sowas eine Katastrophe, wird streng überwacht. Beim Check-out nochmal alles erzählt, doch leider keine Nachfrage der Hotelleitung.

Clean, average hotel which was comfortable. Challenges for the hotel are breakfast times, clearly not enough seating to accommodate the amount of guests, and the food was poor to average at best. I had an executive room which was very large, but very cold, no matter the ac setting. The hotel lacks a bar, so you won’t get a night cap here.

The room was great. Breakfast was very good. The only thing that was a slight snag was that the location is a little hard to get to if you rent a car. With the construction in Dubai and the fact that the garage is on a different street on the back of the hotel, it makes getting to the hotel and parking somewhat of a slight inconvenience to get t

Everything was good room, staff and amenities and also love about that they have parking place.

Je ne recommande pas cette hotel , cafards et nettoyage aléatoire. Personnel est sympatique mais je ne vous recommande pas.

I stayed 7 nights!… The room was not bad at all could be better but for 3star it’s reasonable… the staff were very attentive and respectful. Unfortunately, I found one cockroach on my last day of stay! Overall it wasn’t a bad stay!

Sia le parti comuni, che la stanza, erano molto pulite. Il personale cortese e la colazione internazionale. Dista a 20 minuti a piedi dal mare e dalla metro.

Staff at the reception and everywhere in the hotel was friendly and helpful. Around the reception are you can get coffee with dates around lunchtime. Also there’s a cafe with coffee and pastry in the hotel. The room was clean and modern and was very well cleaned. The view from my room was really bad - it was in front of another building, I had to leave curtains shut because of it and I couldn’t see the city at all. The view from the roof, however, was very nice, but it was closed too early in the evening in my opinion. I went there every morning. On top of the roof are two swimming pools (one is for children) and you can get a towel there. There are sunbeds as well. The nearest subway is around 45 minutes walking. There are many grocery shops, pharmacies and restaurants in the area. Walking to the beach La Mer is about 15 minutes. There was no VIP access and no food discount, even when I asked.

Le stanze non erano pulite abbiamo avuto tanti problemi per la prenotazione, perché sul vostro sito mio figlio di 15 anni risultava un bambino e quando siamo arrivati là, non c’hanno concesso il letto per mio figlio. Questo è un problema, perché se sul sito io prenoto la stanza per due adulti e un quindicenne e tutto va a buon fine. Io devo avere il letto e così siamo stati costretti a dormire in tre in un letto matrimoniale. Il cibo che abbiamo provato sia a colazione che per una cena era terribile qualità bassissima e cucinato male.

Yes staff was nice only complaint is that unlike other hotels you have to go to the lobby to pick up anything your order like food, most other hotels bring it up for convenience especially if you are busy in business meetings

1. Broken glass in the room: After housekeeping had serviced our room, we discovered several small pieces of broken glass on the floor. Fortunately, we noticed this before anyone was injured. We immediately contacted the reception, and a staff member was sent to remove the glass. During our conversation with the hotel staff, we were offered a cup of coffee as compensation, which we declined, as we felt this did not reflect the seriousness of the safety issue. We suggested that a more appropriate gesture could have been, for example, tickets to the Burj Khalifa observation deck, but no alternative solution was offered. 2. False fire alarms: The day before, the hotel’s fire alarm went off early in the morning, waking us and causing significant stress. It stopped shortly after, and we initially thought it was a false alarm. However, when we went back to sleep, the alarm sounded again about 15–20 minutes later and continued uninterrupted for a long time. We had to go downstairs to confirm that it was again a false alarm. This incident disrupted our morning and caused considerable inconvenience and distress. The hotel never answered our mail with our concerns.
