Just amazing good standard and service

Used to be amazing. Great holiday with jazz and easy listening around the pool. The hotel Is no longer beachfront like the images as there are high walls around the beachclubs between the hotel and sea and these clubs pump out loud loud music all day and into the night. Tired decoration. Staff amazing. Standards have fallen. Good shuttle bus to the town. Stayed 5 times, won’t stay again.

The property is amazing and well kept. It's 12-13 years old, and the rooms could start to use some updates, but that will happen over time. Everything else is top shelf, and their entire staff are kind, attentive, and take pride in their work. It's refreshing to see.

Noisy music on beach at adjacent hotel. Great location visually on the Palm. Major dining area might consider an adults only area for adults - mornings noisy with children running about.

When i booked the it was supposed to be a city view which if you call the side of a building a city view. We asked to get a seaview rather than the depressing city view. We had to wait over 2 hours to get our room. And were upcharged excessivly i felt for the room. The breakfast buffet was just annoying as there was not enough staff to serve the number of people. Service around the packed pools and beaches was marginal. The music from the clubs play until 4 am one night and we could here the base in our room. Not my best vacaton.

Fin beliggenhet, store fine rom. God service. Greit å kjenne til at det er svært mange barnefamilier med små barn på hotellet. Bare litt sjenerende under frokosten, ellers null problem. Fint trenings senter . Hyggelig strand område, og fint sted å spise lunch

Pool area was good but a bit difficult to get a sunbed as other guests occupied also when going away for longer time. As improvment, guest should be asked to give away/remove personal items and towel if taking a longer break! Price level was fair to be Dubai and most of the staff was very helpful.

The front desk service and cleanliness of this hotel was top notch. I typically avoid buffets because of how unsanitary they usually are, but even the breakfast buffet was well kept. They did give away me and my daughter’s table as soon as we got up to make us plates. No apology, they just let us stand there with plates in hand until we found our own table. After being at the pool for 2 hours, my daughter took a break, dried off, and once she returned to the pool she placed her towel on my beach chair instead of her own. One of the poolside attendants walked over shortly after and started grabbing our swim bag and shoes to toss it on another swim chair. I got out the pool to ask what he was doing and he started YELLING at me saying there was no towel on this chair so he promised the chair to someone else. I told him that’s our chair, he kept yelling at me so loud that 2 other families stepped in, vouched we’d been there for hours, and they didn’t like how he was talking to me. The man just stormed off. This rattled my nerves so bad that I almost left the pool. One of the families asked me not to let his behavior intimidate me and to finish enjoying myself, so we stayed.

I have been there, many time but this year services are not good and cleaning the room it's not on time so at over all its not be same as before and quality is coming down.

It was amazing 😍,our room was spacious and clean, the food was delicious 😋 The reception service was excellent. We had extended our stay and the hotel reserved the same room for us because we didn’t want to change it and my son was very happy.

Fairmont The Palm is een stijlvol en mooi hotel, met vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen, vooral Rajab die aan de inkom staat straalt van vriendelijkheid. Het eten was geweldig met veel variatie!

Great location and staff and food options great. Really suitable for young families and quiet holiday. Rooms are spacious but a little dated and the few areas for drinks/pubs on-site have kuttle or no atmosphere .

Amazing stay! Great service and Fantastic staff all around. Great room, great bed and absolute amazing shower head. I got actually inspired to find one like that where I live 😂. It is beautiful hotel on perfect place & location.

A truly wonderful hotel, for a few nights away. The staff were great, always there to help if required. The rooms are large and very comfortable, large balcony area and bathroom with everything you need. The shuttle to the malls was a nice touch. The pool and bar areas are very well maintained and again the staff are lovely and friendly, always on hand.

5th time back at The Fairmont Great hotel, excellent location on the palm Rooms are massive compared to other hotels The service is amazing

Wir sind absolut überzeugt von dieser Unterkunft. Bereits zum siebten Mal waren wir nunmehr als Familie mit zwei großen Kindern hier. Mehrere Restaurants stehen zur Auswahl, sehr gute Essensqualität. Ein traumhafter neu gestalteter Strandbereich. Und ein zusätzlicher Poolbereich nur Erwachsene. Äußerst freundliches Personal Das Hotel befindet sich am Anfang der Palme, am Palmenstamm. Zum Burj Khalifa dauert es ungefähr 15-20 Minuten mit dem Taxi, zum Blue Water, circa 15 Minuten und zum Atlantis Wasserpark circa 10 Minuten
