Well positioned, excellent, helpful and welcoming Reception staff. We really appreciated the courtesy bus, enabled us to easily visit places we may not have otherwise.

I recently stayed at the Rove City Walk hotel in Dubai for eight nights, and it was one of the best stays I've ever had. The hotel is in the heart of Dubai, with stunning views of the downtown area and the surrounding neighborhoods. The service was excellent. All staff members were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I can assure you that the hotel's staff is committed to making you feel at home, and they have been successful. The hotel is within a walking distance from the Dubai City Walk, with numerous dining, shopping, and walking options. The Dubai Mall Burj Khalifa metro station is a short 8–10 minute walk away. The rooms are clean, modern, and fresh, and they have all the basics you need. Rove City Walk provides shuttle service to the Dubai Mall, the beach, and other nearby locations. The hotel restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast was just fine. It wasn't impressive, but I was satisfied with the options. I will stay at Rove again and recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Dubai.

The hotel is lovely and staff super friendly, but the reason i booked it is it offered a beach bus shuttle service, turn out to be only twice a day. They should’ve mentioned it. The second reason is i thought it is in the heart of City Walk, that it is a walking distance. Although city walk is behind the hotel, you still need a car to get there, especially with Dubai’s weather, you can’t walk to it even if it is close. But if you are coming to Dubai for shopping this hotel is perfect because their bus shuttle to Dubai Mall is around the clock

C'est un hôtel bien situé pa rapport aux transports et mall Dubai 7 mn, très propre, personnels très serviable et très sympa, petit déjeuner complet, la chambre 416 que j'ai eu avec une vue magnifique sur Bordj khalifa, grande et propre, je remercie Mr junaid Mohamed pour la propriété de la chambre et sa discrétion et je remercie Yacine qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner, très attentif, gentil et serviable, un grand merci pour ces 2 monsieurs avant et à toute l'équipe de rove City walk. Bravo 👍 Sans oublier le personnel du lobby. D'habitude je séjourne à rove Downtown qui est super et j'ai testé cette fois cet hôtel et je ne regrette pas. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour.

I needed to stay a couple of hours more after my check out time before my flight and they gave it to me for free to rest up before my travel. Such a kindness which I did not see anywhere else in the world although I travel a lot.

Location is very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Employees are very kind and friendly. They tries to help you always. Cleaning is good. Breakfast service was our favorite. There were lots of different options. It was an unforgetabble vacation for us

We had such a fantastic experience at Rove City Walk. Great location in the city, excellent staff who go above and beyond and an amazing buffet breakfast at the Daily restaurant! Dubai mall is so close and some lovely restaurants nearby. I cannot fault this hotel for anything as everything is so convenient and clean, you can even do your own laundry at the hotel laundromat. This is well above a 3 star hotel. Thank you for the brilliant service - I would definitely come back here ☺️
