Hotel Christina has character, stunning views and offers comfort and relaxation. Because of varying reviews we were unsure what to expect when we arrived, however from our first arrival in reception to our late departure the Reception Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. They looked our cases as we were wanting to store them on our early arrival and while we enjoyed our last day before our evening flight. The room was very well looked after by friendly staff and it wasn’t as small or as hot as some reviews had reported. We don’t have air con at home so don’t expect it in hotels in the British Isles. The view from all the rooms is beautiful and the restaurant and breakfast rooms have the very best outlook with a lovely terrace. We enjoyed the high quality food which was presented well. The Asian beef salad is particularly good. On the fish dishes the portions are on the small side but have lovely flavours. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool is well kept and there is enough space to rest and relax. I know Jersey very well coming here most years of my life usually staying with relatives but as a first experience of a hotel stay in Jersey I would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Great location, beautiful views, breakfast lovely and great choice of menu in the evening too. Food lovely. Hotel staff very friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and attentive. Ideal if you’re looking for a quiet stay. We had a third floor room with balcony which was peaceful and had an amazing view. It was a heatwave whilst there and very uncomfortable in the room at night. This issue isn’t comfined to this hotel as most hotels don’t have air conditioning. A fan was provided and water available when requested. We cannot fault the efforts made by all staff to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Für den Preis hätten wir ein frühstücksbuffet mit mehr Auswahl erwartet. Es gab nur Toast (keine Brötchen), 2 Sorten Käse, 2 Sorten Wurst und geräucherte Makrelenhäppchen. Obst nur Melone. Müsli war okay. Baked Beans, Rührei und Würstchen und Schinken. Jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück. Enttäuschend. Essen im Restaurant war gut. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war sehr schön.

Good room clean and well kept with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. All the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good providing traditional English and continental dishes. Because of the weather we were unable to take full advantage of our lovely surroundings which was so disappointing. Hopefully we will be back in the future

The hotel is beautifully located with fabulous views, the only downside was the trek to the nearest bus stop, or rather the trek back uphill. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff from Debora in reception all the way to the charming folk who kept our room clean and well stocked with essentials. The waiting staff always had a smile and nothing was too much bother for them. We enjoyed the food with only one exception which was a Sunday roast and that was swiftly dealt with.. The pool and surrounding area was spotless and well provided with towels and sun loungers, we used it often in the hot weather. All together it was a gloriously relaxing weekwith fabulous weather.

Every room has a stunning view. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are modern. The buffet breakfast is very good and you can even order off the menu. Location is great; the bus to town is just a short walk away. We really loved the hotel. I have a couple of caveats: there is no elevator, and lots of steps, so not the hotel for someone with mobility issues. There is no air conditioning (usual in Jersey), but even during the heatwave we were able to keep our balcony door open to let in the breeze and had no problem with bugs. The staff are all terrific, but occasionally they are understaffed so service may be a bit slow. My only complaint is that one evening we were treated to live entertainment for dinner. The trio was excellent, but I would have preferred simply sitting on the terrace, enjoying the view and the sunset and being able to converse with my companions. I definitely recommend Cristina Hotel and Jersey.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, excellent room with great view. Perfect for travellers without transport as a short walk albeit downhill to local bus routes to get around the island. Nice walk along the beach to St Helier and St Aubyn. Easy journey from and to the airport either by taxi or local bus. Peaceful hotel and location but arrived at the beginning of the season. Would definitely recommend Hotel Cristina.

La chambre est moderne et très propre, la literie confortable. La vue depuis le balcon est sublime. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le dîner était très bon, dans une salle avec une très belle vue sur la baie. Le parking devant est petit, mais le second parking est vaste, aucun problème pour se garer. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine, mais elle fait envie !
