My room had a cigar on the floor and an open soda in the refrigerator. The toilet wasn't flushing and the remote control wasn't working for the TV. The toilet was dirty.Roaches is bad also. I don't think I will be coming back.

Room could have been better cleaned

Avoid this place at all costs worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a two-night stay through Hotels.com, and when I arrived, the hotel claimed there was a glitch in their system and refused to honor my reservation. Instead, they made me pay an extra fee just to check in — despite the fact that I had already paid in full for two nights. I stayed one night, and the next morning the hotel owner tried to forcefully kick me out, claiming I hadn’t paid for a second night — which I had. I explained the situation and showed proof, but they still refused to let me stay or give me any kind of refund. I was left with no choice but to leave early and deal with the mess myself. I’ve filed a complaint with Hotels.com and my credit card company, and I’m still waiting to hear back. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Do not book here.

Great stay

Sketchy af, but no deposit required & close by the airport if you don’t wanna sleep in there .. enjoy

The staff is friendly and very accomodating. However, there was no breakfast available as mention on expedia and there is some strong smell in the room even though its a non smoking room. The property is under renovation or has been recently renovated and we experienced some minor issues.

There was mildew all over the bathroom walls, and when you are even trying to check in, nobody is there to assist you. No breakfast as mentioned in their reservation. It's a scam period.
