They were very helpful

I didn't like the stay at all. I checked in on 4/11/25 a Friday never was able to watch the TV, room didn't have a remote. No one could fix that issue for 2 days. Sheets had stains on them, bathroom counter wasn't wiped off and the walls are paper thin. I checkout out early and will never return. One more thing there was no do not as well.

I would not recommend. Front desk check in staff seemed irritated to be at work and rude. There was dirty towels in the room and it was rather run down and unkept. There was partying all through the night and staff did not intervene.

I hoped even though it was cheaper, having a rating of around 8, this hotel would be decent. There was a funky smell right when we entered the lobby. I still had some hope. Then we took the elevator and noticed how dirty it was, there was a lot of debris, including a used bandaid on the floor and in the corners. Got to our room and it just smelled unclean. All 3 pillows on one of the beds appeared dirty, 2 of which definitely weren’t stains. The lamp shade looked like it had food, blood or other substance splattered all over it. I found a few pubic hairs between the sheets of the same bed with the dirty pillows. The front desk did provide a new sheet when asked. The smoke detector in the room had been removed, there were just wires where it should have been. The toilet seat had feces on the side. Overall the hotel smelled unclean, appeared unclean, and was not kept in order. The staff was nice enough. Had it not been so late when we arrived I probably would have requested a refund and found another hotel. I rarely leave bad reviews but could not leave this hotel fast enough. We did not stay to try the breakfast. Being that we would never stay here again, I would not recommend this hotel.

Location

The property was dirty. The staff was not very attentive and unfortunately a lot of strange things happened throughout my stay. I did not cancel during my stay because I had class 7 am to 7 pm almost every day and with dinner and getting back it was too much to leave and look for another place. I have pictures to prove my story.

Good

Lisa is great! As for the other staff they need to work on their friendliness factor! It seems they don’t really care about their jobs or their guests! Breakfast could have some yogurts and fruit of some sort! Maybe some juices and individual milks not a gallon everyone shares which seems very unsanitary!

First off, I was charged twice for my POS room and it still hasn't come off my card Heater cover kept falling off the unit EVERYTHING was stained, linens, towels, washcloths, furniture, everything! So I asked the front desk for a change of linens and she hands me a sheet, instead of saying, oh I'm sorry sir I'll have it changed immediately... Old and run down, falling apart and zero security Noisy and filthy I stayed there because of reviews and ratings (obvious false) This place sucked don't waste your time or money!

Staff was nice

Ok place to stay for short overnight stay. Bed was very hard! The room was clean and in good condition. Continental breakfast was nice.

Good

The room was fine. Disappointed that pool and Hot tub were out of service. I have encountered this many times since the pandemic. I think most places like saving the expense of a pool or hot tub. That is their choice, but they should quit advertising that they have tis amenity.

The bathroom had a hole in the door and the bathtub faucet didn’t work properly. The bed was not comfortable and there was lots of yelling and noise in the hallway at night.

Breakfast could be better

It was good and quiet. A nice looking place to get in from the blowing Wisconsin snow, after a long drive that day up from Lawrence, KS. The room was clean, and well put together. Space was ample for belongings, Heater worked well, window opened easy enough. The bed was somewhat stiff, but I slept atop the comforter and sheets. Also a person takes a gamble on that sort of thing whenever they stay anywhere there own bed is not lmao. I did particularly like the style of the construction of the place, might be strange to mention, but it makes a difference. Nice place. 5/5

Bare minimum explanation of things, weren’t allowed to get more towels in the rooms nor extra blankets and pillows we had to go out and buy our own extra needs smelled like people were smoking inside building when location says smoke free

Stay somewhere else - this place was a bottom tier hotel.
