The hotel was wonderful. It was clean, modern, and the breakfast was wonderful. It's close to the Columbus Zoo, so if you're going there, that's a plus. The folks at the front desk were very helpful and wonderful at their jobs.

I have stayed in this hotel in the past without incident, but my stay last month was truly awful. I was woken up around 12:30 a.m. with the people in the room next to me talking EXTREMELY loud and banging around. It was concerning, and after about a half hour I called the front desk to ask what could be done, or if I could switch rooms (not that I wanted to at 1 a.m.!). The clerk told me the hotel was full so I couldn't be moved, but he said he would talk to them to get them to quiet down. No one every came up stairs, and they continued talking LOUDLY and banging around chairs or something until 5 a.m. I wasn't able to go to sleep until after 5 a.m.. Obviously this was an awful stay. I messaged the hotel to see what could be done about it, but I have had no response. I would avoid staying here because of the possibility of serious sound issues, and the property’s lack of responsiveness to the issue.

I had high expectations because the other Avid hotels I've stayed at have been great. I was a little disappointed.

We love this hotel. Easy access and easy to get to anywhere. It is clean, staff is friendly and nice pool.

Staff was wonderful, so the 1 star has nothing to to do with them. But the AC was so loud it would wake us up, on top of that it couldn’t get the temperature down until 4 hours after we set it. Just feels like a cheaply built building all around

It was a good value. Felt like a new property. Very modern. Breakfast was on the good end of “what you’d expect”.

This was a wonderful property. The front desk person was so helpful and super friendly. The room was very clean and so quiet. The place was full but I never heard another person. We would definitely stay here again!

The first room i got had chocolate in the vents and the shower didnt seem to be clean whatsoever, brown marks on the bottom, the shower heads look really gross no matter what room. They had a regular pool and a pretty normal work out room, the breakfast was poor/basic but for the price it makes sense. The staff are very kind and very patient, the cleaning service throughout the stay was good as well.
