Floor was soggy. Smelled horrible if the air wasn't on 70 or higher. Rust in the bathroom.

The stay at the hotel could not be completed. The ac unit that serves the room was out of service. In the hot summer of Texas, we didn’t have ac in our room. This huge inconvenient prevent us from staying at the property.

An older hotel that seems to have had a recent remodel. Nothing physically wrong with the properties just your basic no-frills side of the road motel. Good for a nice stay. Could use some basic improvements to make it more comfortable. Only thing really irritating is in the listing. There is a picture of the diner outside the property… This diner has nothing to do with the property. No breakfast is offered so you can hit the diner or the McDonald’s. At the price paid, there should have been breakfast for a voucher to the diner

STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND ROOM WAS VERYCLEAN, MY FAMILY AND I ENJOYED OUR STAY.

Property needs updating, had I known there was a fairly new Holiday Inn nearby I would have rather had stayed there. The staff was great, but the hotel in general needs an overhaul. There was no dresser in the room, no toiletries offered, you can tell this is a place where all the out of town workers stay and it shows.

Mixed reviews about this trip: they messed up billing, and it took all week to straighten it out, but they did so. Having to go in even the last morning, though, was inconvenient. The people were super nice, but their accounting department having to get involved stunk. Hotel is quiet (even with highway and in a railroad town) so soundproofing good, and real black-out curtains. Housekeeping has to be asked for, and is very inconsistent. My room was near an entrance, and the cigarette smell is awful. Air conditioning was good, bed was better than average, and water pressure and hot water good.

It shows some wear and tear but overall clean. Signage is difficult to see from the highway and I nearly missed it.

My son’s backpack was stolen in the parking while taking our bags inside the room. The blankets wore dirty and the staff was very unprofessional.

Upon arrival I requested a room with outside access and they were happy to grant my request. Unfortunately, the room was dirty containing used beds and towels. Not a clean towel in the room. The experience was disgusting and disappointing!

Outdated with no elevator is very inconvenient.

Very friendly checin and efficient. Room was spacios and clean.

The front desk personnel were great and it was very comfortable and great rooms.

We choose this hotel because they were pt friendly and got a reservation while in route. They sent a text message giving me paperwork to fill out to streamline check in procedures. At the bottom of page 1 it said that they were NOT a pet friendly hotel and that there would be $250 fee for a pet found in the room! I called and texted the hotel with no response. I had no choice but to solve this in person. When I got there the clerk said they did accept pets and if there was any damage it was $125 fee. The $250 fee was for smoking in the room. I said ok and I apologized for misunderstanding. I checked the on-line paperwork again when I got to the room and I did not misread the pet charges! This hotel must have not accepted pets in the past and has not since redone their online check in procedures. Anyway it was confusing but all ended well. The room was clean and comfortable although we had to ask for a coffee maker in the room. There are outside dog areas that are kept clean but be careful of traffic coming and going. This hotel has no breakfast however Jane's Diner on the same property is excellent. We enjoyed two meals there and would definitely eat there agin if in the vicinity. Also know that this hotel has people coming and going all the time as it contracts for railroad workers as well as other workers. I would stay there again.

The attendants that checked me in and out were very friendly. There was a minor mishap with my original room and it was switched right away, and she assured me that it was ok. The quietness was the absolute best. I’ll stay again when I visit.

Girl at front desk was helpful in finding me a room on the first floor after my assigned room was on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator. But stay was ruined by employees talking and laughing at 2 in the morning. The door to the housekeeping laundry room was open the entire length of my stay. Was rudely awakened at 2 am, went to find source of noise, found 4 employees in laundry room talking and laughing loudly.

This was a quiet and clean hotel. The diner in the same lot was very good as well.

The location is easy to get to being right off the main road.
