Terrible Stay
I booked through Expedia for an oceanfront room with balcony but was given the wrong room (oceanview, 2nd floor). Staff first claimed nothing higher was available, then suddenly “found” an 8th-floor room after I complained. They blamed Expedia for the mix-up and treated me like a second-class guest. The tub jets spewed trash, housekeeping never cleaned it, and my repeated requests for water, a wine opener, and room service were ignored. I called multiple times with no response. Even after requesting cleaning in the morning, the room was untouched 8 hours later. Staff made excuses, one even pretended to be a manager, and though they promised to refund charges, I never received a dime. Texts from staff (Rochelle, Agheema, Kevan, Naejha) sounded polite but were meaningless, none of my issues were ever resolved. This was one of the worst Hilton stays I’ve ever had. Avoid this hotel, especially if booking through Expedia.
