Beautiful property. Clean, and comfy rooms. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Excellent breakfast! Good restaurant. Clean and nice pool. Good customer service. Everything was perfect!

The woman who checked us into our room was exceptional, friendly, informative, and very helpful. After settling in, we dropped off our bags and went out for dinner. Upon returning, we noticed ants near the telephone. I reported the issue via the hotel’s chat system. The next morning, before I took a shower, I saw an ant on the outside of the tub and several more inside the shower. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, and the manager kindly offered to move us to another room. However, by that point, the experience had already been ruined, and we decided to stay elsewhere. Although I had paid for two nights and checked out by 11 a.m., I was informed that a refund for the second night would not be issued since a room change was offered. While I understand this decision from a business standpoint, I believe a more flexible approach would have been appropriate given the cleanliness concerns and discomfort caused by the ant issue. A compromise in this situation would have gone a long way in preserving customer satisfaction.

Good location close to offices as well as many commercial businesses, restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, etc.

The weather was perfect! The people were so friendly, breakfast was average. The fountain was my morning stop. Nice area to be in as well

Amazingly wonderful place to stay Beautiful scenery, open spots for parking [very spacious] and the rooms were nice!!! Cozy, comfy, plenty of amenities, and very affordable. Cant go wrong with this lovely place

Love staying here! I like how clean they are and their breakfast is great. Their pool was clean. I always stay here when I travel up north. Staff has always been nice.

This hotel surprised us with it's cleanliness and and overall great experience. The water pressure alone is worth the stay.

The room was spacious but the hallways smell. Breakfast is great. Location is not the best area. Many street walkers around. There is some shopping and restaurants close by.

Hotel was clean. Stuff friendly. A lot of places to eat around the hotel. The restaurant and bar inside of the hotel was good and convenient. Facility has a nice pool, garden around, nice kiosk, Jacuzzi.

The man that checked us in was extremely chipper and welcomed us as soon as we walked in. He was very polite and easy to talk with. Such a great way to start our evening!

Just basic motel!

We stayed here for 4 days during our family trip and was quite surprise by the wonderful stay. First off the entire front desk staff were great! (very welcoming and accommodating). The rooms were spacious and clean, we were away from the pool area and it was quiet (which is what we needed after a long road trip). Breakfast was solid with hot and cold options (waffles, eggs, fruit etc..). There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel for a more relaxed vibe. There are 5 buildings so you sort feel as if you are on a college campus with parking all around. The location was convenient to restaurants and shops (less than 10 min). Traffic can be a bit hectic if you are traveling to downtown, but again it was a straight shot off the hwy. We will be back to this location... Kudos to all the staff from the front desk, to the custodial staff, housekeeping, and the grounds crew.

I have been staying at this property for the past 12 summers. Love it. Quiet and the AC blasts. Love the restaurant too.

Our accomodations were excellent, but the upstairs neighbor was doing international business and pacing the floor at 11pm, 1am, 3am while on the phone. Once we told the office, the noise complaint was handled quickly and efficiently.
