Bonne Belle Motel

Was a little small in the bathroom but functional thought we booked two beds and only got one not a big deal bed was a little soft for me but that is how most all hotel beds are

Staff is always super friendly no matter the time of day

Originally checked in and it said pets were allowed and also checkout was 11 am. Finally got there; both my husband and I were exhausted from moving across state and just needed a place to rest, shower, and refresh. Young lady at check in rudely tells me knowing and expecting us as per booking tells me the opposite of what I expected; First no pets, and second, checkout is at 10 am. Husband argued pet issue but we did not receive the same courtesy as per our booking agreement saying 11 am checkout; they wouldn’t budge on the 10 am. My advice, keep driving until you find something better, I know we will on our next trip.

Convenient stay for our travel plans.

Mold. Room was cold and there were no way to turn temperature up.

I was going to be charged $13.00 more then was advertised and if I used my card I was voice g to be charged 5.00 for a swipe fee !!!!

Bathroom could be cleaner.

We never go to stay we showed up to check in and we were told that our reservation was canceled and got a Bs#$$ story that they tried to call and we recived no call or email from the motel
