It was okay for a budget hotel. We were in a renovated room. That was nice. But the floors had sand on it so it could have been swept better. There was no water in the sink near the refrigerator. And internet went out so we didn't have any TV.

VERY basic accommodation but less expensive than other units in the area. It was convenient to both Sebring International Raceway and local restaurants, so it was perfect for my needs.

Hot water was the problem, but I read previous reviews I was warned. Run the water for ever to only get warm water.

Rooms were in pretty horrible condition. NOTHING even close to the pictures!

Came for a spartan race weekend. Rooms around us looked like they rent out to homeless people. Drugs were definitely being distributed couple rooms down from us. If they put you in a room around 114 ask to be changed.

Very low budget hotel but extremely expensive with prices expected for a 6 star resort

It's obvious that property is undergoing upgrades.

The staffing cleaners, property manager Mr Jeff all were accommodating. Property is undergoing upgrades however the stay was fine.

Mattress was very uncomfortable, bedspread was not clean.

No hot water

In 1980 this may have been a nice motel, but not in 2024! No coffee svc., no breakfast, no water glasses in the room, toilet paper almost out of reach. I stayed because of budget, but not worth $90+ per night.

Place was a dump, should be torn down

We stayed here for the last two nights Dec 28 and Dec 29 and we been bitten all over our bodies. We know it is bed bugs because both of us are itching badly and have red marks all over us. Here are the pictures of the bites. The owner said he was too busy to talk to us about it. Today Dec 31, I spoke to the management of Budget inn hotel which has communicated with me timely. The management is new and sounded compassionate about the situation. The hotel manager bombed the room I was in with insecticides and actually flip the beds over he did a really job I believe in getting rid of the bed bugs in that room. He actually gave me another room and we both sprayed it down and bumed it also. I requested that I have a complimentary service until I have spoken to the owner and since he was unavailable and too busy to get back to me my money was unavailable also. I'm seeking reimbursement for the cost I inquired for medications and urgent care cost. Since there were previous infestations that he was aware of or should have been. I will also be pressing assault charges. And I am seeking compensation for lose of work since I'm actually a healthcare worker. I was given the name of "Greg or Craig"Weinstein""? As the owner by a source I'm not mentioning.
