My favorite part about staying at Cedar Lodge is the view from the balcony. I love the peaceful sound of the rushing water and the beautiful view of the smokies in the mornings. It’s so nice having a full kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom and bathroom for the kids. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back soon.

Some things weren't clean as they could have been. One rocker recliner foot rest was broke. Better communication on whats needed as far as dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Which kind of coffee maker in condo. Love the experience otherwise.

We had a great time on vacation we loved the condo it made us feel at home on vacation I would definitely rent from them again and I probably will next year.

Room CL301 we froze every night we complained about the heat not working, the tubs clogging, the sinks clogging, master bedroom and living room missing blinds you can see right in. You can tell They didn't clean because the tubs had rings in them and the kitchen sink had hair in it all the cups were oily touched. the office said the issue was resolved while we were out on Christmas eve and came back to nothing being touched or done we set things up to see if they was going to move anything to fix it or you can tell if someone came in the room because whats behind the door would be moved but no it was all in the same place when we got back we left 11AM on Christmas eve to give them plenty time to come and fix our complaints we returned at 10pm to nothing being done or touched my 4 children all have colds from the condo feeling outside we paid good money to Stay there and nothing was done 2/10 don't recommend

We had issues accessing the property due to an issue with the website. We had to wait an hour for a maintenance person to come and let us into the unit.

It was bad! Dirty, bugs, lights in bedroom ceiling fans didn’t work. One ceiling light fixture was broke. Glass on bed and floor. Mold in shower. Just bad experience. Won’t let me upload pictures.

Nice place! Clean and comfortable!! We were very pleased with the property and its location to the main strip. Sits right on a beautiful stream that is so relaxing to sit and listen to. Would definitely book again!

I would stay at this property again. The accomodations were nice and the view around the property very relaxing. The service was prompt and any interaction with management was very helpful and pleasant. My only quibble was that there was no fan in the elevator, so it was quite warm.

Very nice Condo, elevator could be cleaner. Parking spots are very narrow but area is decent. Need to not ask customers to bring extra toilet paper, paper towls, soap, etc, for what you pay to stay there. All these should be there already. All in though a nice place to stay while in the area.

The condo was comfortable and quiet. There were plenty of amenities and close proximity to so many local activities. Check in and check out was easy.

Excallent, clean, near everything but set back from the touristy area. Loved the river view.

Will definitely be staying again. Super clean! And spacious!

Loved the view and the cleanliness of the condos easy in and out and close to everything comfortable beds loved it we will be back again

Dishes were dirty and had food stuck to the pan from improper cleaning Living room furniture -dated and sofa was uncomfortable Bedrooms were clean Pictures online were misleading I would pick a different place to stay next time Disappointed with Expedia putting this place on the website

The condo was beautiful and affordable. Prices are amazing for how beautiful and big the condos are. We walked around Pigeon forge for cool gifts. Then took a short but scenic ride to Gatlinburg. Gatlinburg was so so fun but very happy I didn't lodge there because too crowded. We definitely will be back and stay a whole week next time, we stayed 4 days this time.

This was the perfect stay we will stay with this company in the future location was perfect for us! Completely happy with our visit!

This stay was great! The place was clean, convenient, and very spacious! Description is accurate - definitely worth the value!

Good location, nice amenities, staying in Pigeon Forge is better for us than Gatlinburg. Really enjoyed "The Island" which had a lot of Christmas lights and plenty of shops to browse through.

Outdoor pool was closed, had no idea where the indoor pool was.

Beautiful setting, secluded balcony overlooking the river with ducks and geese, yet easy access to major attractions.
