The room was cozy and perfect for the solo business traveler. However the area was not ideal with no restaurants or businesses within walking distance. As others have noted, the fridge in the room is not cold, and the drinks cooler in the canteen isn’t very cold either. Also, the climate controls on the iPad didn’t seem to actually trigger the AC to come on. Not ideal for summer heat when cold refreshments and cool air are preferred. There was a leak in the bathroom glass that caused water to pool on the floor of the room. And after requesting extra towels to have on hand to dry the leaks, I returned to my room only to notice housekeeping removed the extra towels during the daily clean, so had to request again. Otherwise the room and accommodations were acceptable. I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again due to the lack of immediately close restaurants and businesses. Being a 20 minute metro trip to almost anywhere I needed to be, it wasn’t impossible.

I liked that the property was very eclectic. It had a lot of nice art touches to it. I did not like how small the room was, but I do understand how the building is situated why they did it that way all in all decent stay.

Beautiful hotel. The entire staff were extremely friendly and very helpful . Loved everything about the hotel and this experience. Debbie and Idriss were both so great!

Very nice places

The property was beautiful, and the staff was amazing. However, the size of the rooms was a significant downside. They were too small, making it difficult for two people to move around or use the restroom privately.

DC is not Tokyo and does not need a capsule hotel. Rooms that are 7' wide and 15' long are just too small, especially at the prices charged. Not a relaxing stay.

Exceptional customer service from everyone I encountered. Room was small but beautiful and had what I needed for a quiet, productive business trip. Comfortable bed and pillows. Adequate desk. Cute bathroom and shower. Felt like I was back in Europe. 😍 Appreciate the environmental conservation efforts, too.

Great location for a great price.

The micro room was exactly what we wanted. Only 3 blocks (maybe) from the mall, it was situated very well. We walk everywhere and this location was excellent for walking. The room is small (intentionally), clean, progressive, and quiet. The use of an iPad to control all aspects of the room was novel to us. The gym was the best I've seen in any hotel. The only problem we encountered was that the hotel charger for the iPad didn't work; we used our own charger for that purpose. Excellent experience.

Perfect hotel for a solo trip. Check in was a breeze, the room was great and the common rooms were beautiful and welcoming. The bed was really comfortable as well

It would be nice if they had laundry rooms, also if they would sell essentials like toiletries and meds.

We just needed a place to stay for the night, and this was a great choice. Rooms are compact, as we expected, but clean and have everything needed. We made a reservation for Sushi by Bao, which is in the hotel, so we had a fun dinner experience with great cocktails and a rooftop view after our day of walking around and visiting a nearby museum. We actually ventured to The Wharf the following day for brunch, which was an easy walk from the hotel.
