This is by far the best hotel in the Rhienlaner area. I traveled this area once a month and have stayed at multiple hotels. I was very impressed at this place. It doesn’t look like much when you pull up but when you walk inside, it’s amazing.
Easy walking to local bars and restaurants.

Very satisfied, new remodel of old hotel. Good value for the dollar. Breakfast good and pet freindly . Our tv didnt have volume and our bathroom fan wasn't working

They have done a very nice job with the remodel. I've been using this hotel for the past 40 years. The downtown location can't be beat. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars and downtown shopping.

Dan was absolutely amazing! Friendly and went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable. Asked numerous times if we needed anything or how our stay was going. Great guy!
The only downfall was there is only one elevator and having a handicapped family member with you, it was a long way to the room.

Enjoyed my stay and my room was clean and spacious with a large balcony, however it could use some updating and the pool area needs attention. The pool water was cloudy with a greenish tint and the hot tub had film floating on top and debris in bottom of tub so was not gonna use either. Staff was friendly and close to restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

A little more cleaning attention needs to be paid to the squeezable shower dispensers, there was some crusty grime on the outsides of them that wasn't just dried shampoo/conditioner. Otherwise everything was nice, tidy, and quiet, and fun.

We were charged the rate of a king suite for a double queen. The breakfast was cold and inedible, the milk was spoiled, the strawberry kiwi water was out both days. The toilet paper roll holder would flip upside down and the toilet paper would fall off. The pool and hottub were nice. The cleaner they used for the sheets made the room smell awful. Definitely not worth $350 for two nights.

The smell in the room was terrible, as a matter of fact two rooms beside us had the windows open (I'm sure to air the room out). As far as staff and service, the lady who checked us in was very nice, but she is the ONLY one on staff that we saw and only that one time. There was a phone available to call.

upon arrival there was no one at the desk, you had to use the phone to get someone to check you in.when we checked in we paid in full, when we got back home we checked our bank account only to learn they charged us for another day, when called back they said oh it must be a mistake.they said check on Monday to see if it is credited.

Check in and staff were very friendly. The room was clean. Towels has some minor stains but we're fine. The room temperature controls were awful. Heat set to 61 and it was way to hot but cool set to 80 was way too cold. The hotel was a little maze like but that made it fun and interesting. The pool area was very open, a little dark but fine for the kids to play. Overall a great hotel for a hockey tournament and would recommend.
