We chose to stay here while visiting Universal Studios. The facility was satisfactory in every aspect.
The parking lot is a little strange. They double park the spots so if you are last in you leave keys with front desk.
The foldout couch mattress was not super comfy but the beds were very comfortable.
The area was a little sketchy but it didn’t bother us.
If you are using the hotel for a place to sleep while sight seeing in the area it is perfect and we would stay here again!

Good location for places we wanted to go. Most places we were visiting were only 15 minutes away. Very comfy beds and nice fluffy towels. Room was clean. Air conditioner was loud and dated but worked well, just loud enough to wake you up when it cycled on. The breakfast was good but not varied much in the 4 days were there. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked throughout the serving time. With parking being somewhat limited you could have a time where your car would be blocked as they had to park back to back. It was never really a problem for us during our visit thankfully. Staff was always kind and friendly. Would stay here again.

The shower has very low pressure and I expect better w a suite! But more importantly, if I arrange parking passes for my guests at $20 a pass, when the hotel staff has doubts about my guest legitimacy? I would prefer the hotel staff member would simply call my room and verify my guest directly with me instead of harassing my guest…. Outside of those two little bumps in the road, the place is cool! Clean, nice, and friendly ….

Overall the hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly and polite. The breakfast was good they had a variety of items to chose from. Not a lot of homeless people surrounding the building. Building was very clean.

Overall the hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly and polite. The breakfast was good they had a variety of items to chose from. Not a lot of homeless people surrounding the building. Building was very clean.

Boa relação custo-benefício. Próximo (15mim de carro) da Universal Hollywood, Warner Brothers Studios e a região da Calçada da Fama. Hotel pequeno, com bom café da manhã (padrão americano) e 🅿️ coberto gratuito. Tem um mercado bem em frente. E alguns restaurantes a 5-10min de caminhada (do outro lado da rua)
