We did not stay due to the condition of the rooms. Upon arrival the entry way and lobby was unswept with what looked like construction dust, in addition to some older dog poop outside. Then after we entered one of the rooms, one was dirty. Blood stains, large yellow pee stain and hair on the duvet. The A/C cover was accidentally knocked off (not broken) and it was obvious it had not been cleaned in a long while and has animal feces in it. In the second room had a light in the bathroom chirped like a bird. When we spoke to the desk clerk, she was unwilling to refund our money and balked at calling the manager. When she finally called the manager she told us to call back in the morning and they would refund the money. Well, when we talked to the manager the next morning she said they would not refund the money because we had “broken” the A/C and claimed there was no blood or hair on the duvet. Unfortunately we didn’t take photos of the AC unit. We said we had pictures which we had shown to the desk clerk. She refused to return our money, which means she went back on her word from the night before. We even offered to come talk to her in person and show her the photos. She refused to see us and that we did the damage ourselves

Good place to stop on the way through. Chose it for its location to I90. Everything was average-nothing out of the ordinary

Best location and nice hotel

The owners were really nice, but the carpet in our room was soaking wet so we had to change rooms at 9:30 at night. Very inconvenient and confused why the carpet was so wet.

Taylor at the front desk was absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made our check-in process seamless and provided exceptional service throughout. A great first impression of the hotel.

Our room was ready upon check in, however we found the property dirty and in need of updates. Shower hardware falling off etc

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Check in was fast and easy. Can’t wait for breakfast! I have not found anything that I did not like.

They might be struggling as they remodel. Neither of the rooms had hot water (they switched us after we said something). Some of the lights would not turn on and i tried to charge my phone but the plug did not work. Had to search for one that did. The remodelled rooms look nice though and the bed was very comfy.

Our stay was great except for the hot food or breakfast. The sausages were cooked in some type of aus jus. The homefries and eggs I believe come in a big milk carton. They just aren't very good . The cold items were very good.The sausages need to actually be cooked

Had a great time staying there

We had to wait for a person to appear at the front desk to check us in. She was lovely though once she appeared. There were no dressers in the room for clothes but a strange empty “room” outside the bathroom with nothing in it. The room is not serviced unless you stay more than two nights, yet we were not made aware of this. Our keys did not work when we returned to the hotel and again there was no one at the desk to fix them when we went to the check in desk to have them fixed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the AC worked well.

Our flight was delayed and when I called to make the hotel aware we would be checking in after midnight, the receptionist was understanding, polite, and helpful. Overall, it was a very quick sleep and go visit, but we would absolutely recommend the Comfort Inn & Suites Syracuse-Carrier Circle to future Syracuse travelers!

What you would expect from a comfort inn.

Great location just 12 minutes from the airport. Staff was pleasant, service was great, the cleanliness was great and very comfortable room. Breakfast was good and started nice and early to allow us to eat before heading to the airport. Will definitely stay again.
