Elevator was not working and we were in the 3rd floor. Building looks run down for the price I paid for the room. The cleaning people only took the garbage bags out of my room and did nothing else, not sure why they even bothered “cleaning” my room as they didn’t. Expected better for the high price paid. Not worthed.

Dirty floor

Bedding wet bathroom dirty windows filthy elevated broken no ice on second floor.

This hotel was truly disgusting from the smells,looks and cleanliness! From the time you come in to outside. Dried blood on curtains,among other things. Just dirty everywhere. Smells so bad and they try masking it with a stong spray. Lady receptionist was on phone and rude. We stayed at another location and nothing like this. No benches outside or smoking area. Garbage overflowing. Stay elsewhere.

The first room had black mold covering the bathroom ceiling. We were moved to the 2nd floor to a nicer room. The elevator was not working so we were sent up the stairs. The carpet on the stairs was disgusting. The second floor ice maker was out of order. The area was questionable but seemed safe enough.

Staff was nice. Building was very dated and run down. Asked for a 1st floor room for mobility issues... was placed on the 3rd. And the elevator was out of service.

Tv had to manually changed and turned on/off, a/c until couldn’t keep up in 75 degree weather and was hotter in the room then outside, the curtains were about ready to fall off the wall, the ceiling was flaking off into the floor, the bathroom was filthy dirty and didn’t notice it until I sat down to go to the bathroom. The TV remote was also sticky. The room itself was just very poorly maintained and instead of trying to keep things in good shape they tried to solve the problem with slapping some paint over it. I would have been better off staying in our vehicle. We absolutely deserve our money back. $300 was way the hell over priced. We slept in our clothes and literally left as soon as we woke up. I will NEVER go back. I felt so dirty and guilty about having my kids stay in that hotel also.

Bed was comfy but dirty and smelly room and carpet. The elevator did not work and was given the 3rd floor. The front desk was helpful in helping take luggage to the 3rd floor. Food was average and coffee was great tasting.

What a dump! This hotel needs to be bulldozed. We were stuck there because there was a convention in town and we couldn’t find anything better – what a waste of money and what a horribly maintained hotel. Everything was broken and dirty and smelly - the air smelled stale- elevator was broken. The ice machine was broken. Outside the landscaping was a mess with garbage and there was a parking spot with a missing shuttle – i.e. they gave up on offering a shuttle years ago. The walls were paper thin we could hear everything in every adjacent room. The neighborhood was also pretty bad. Stay away from this hotel. The only redeeming factor was the gentleman at the reception desk was very nice and very friendly. I hope he can find another job at another nicer hotel because anyone else would be lucky to have him.

Hotel was horrible. We had to move to three different rooms. The first room there was problems with the air conditioner. The second room smell like wet carpet and the third room they sent us to was still getting cleaned by someone that couldn’t speak English so we had to sit out in the lobby and wait for our room. The ice machine upstairs don’t work. The elevator didn’t work. It was just a really bad experience and of course, I didn’t get any money back or any type of credit

Everything was good at all,breakfast excellent,clean lobby.I don’t use the swimming pool but looked nice..!

The room ceiling was very old. The paint was ripping off and had stains on the ceiling. The bathroom had no sink. First time I went to a hotel and the bathroom had no sink. The bedroom had half carpet and half without carpet. the room I will rate a 2 out of 5. But the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.

The elevator wasn't working, poor security someone dent my car at the parking lot.

Checked in and neither room had a working tv.

The whole place is run down and dark. It’s one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Not well maintained. Everything in disrepair The arrangement of our suite made no sense. Very few outlets in inconvenient places, same for lights. We had to unplug the clock to charge our phone by the bed. The only other accessible outlet was in an alcove with the couch. The couch faced a sink and cabinet in terrible condition. It looked like an area for mixing drinks in a seedy motel. The curtains were broken. There were 2 air conditioners and 1 didn’t work so the room was too warm. I found it disturbing there were cameras everywhere and at check in you can see the monitor and view of every camera. The room was very clean but because it looked so run down (the room and the whole place) I felt really uncomfortable . The ratings I saw when I booked the place (7 of 10) did not match my experience. It was disappointing.

Not my greatest stay. Room was clean, but the property was very used. Everything was old. I got a room at the airport for $30 less on my return through town and it was 10 times the value.

Hotel was very dated, no functioning elevator and air conditioning unit was dirty/moldy
