Expedia does not disclose amenities the same for different properties. This one said "Pets allowed" where as others say ""Pets allowed (fee applies)". This leads the shopper online to believe there is no fee at this property. Not only that, the fee at this property is a ridiculous $50. I felt this was false advertising. Expedia should list amenities with a fee uniformly for each property. We shouldn't have to look further to a "policies" page. Or say "Pets allowed - see policy"

This place is fine, it’s adequate. A couple of things that weren’t perfect: 1. If your reservation comes with “early check in included” and you want to take advantage of that, I suggest calling ahead. My check in was not only not early, it was actually late. 2. Room service is “every third day”. Personally, I don’t care, but if you do, fyi. 3. Polyester bedding. Again, if you care. I am mildly allergic to polyester, so I bring my own sheets just in case. I was glad I brought them this time. Other than these, this place is fine.

Stay was great. Only complaint, we were there 3 nights never had anyone service the room,give us clean towels, or empty the garbage. Bed was really comfortable and room was quiet.

A lot of small maintenance issues. Curtain rods/hooks broken or hanging, toilet seat was loose but immediately repaired. The secondary door lock didn't work. Not a walkable property. Staff did not tell us that the rooms were cleaned every 3 days. We came back to unexpected dirty towels and trash

Nice large clean rooms, quiet, good complimentary breakfast and dining room, nice staff.

Furniture is dated and the shower drained slow. Room wasn’t ready til 3:10 pm. But felt the place was clean…sheets and towels. Staff was very nice. Convenient to buttermilk falls

Great location for our trip. Loved the cookies!

Location was perfect since we were visiting area state parks to hike to waterfalls. Staff was courteous and friendly, the breakfasts were hot and delicious and dining area well kept and clean. They even served cookies and beverages in the evening. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling the area.

Spacious 2-room suites, excellent breakfast options, free coffee and cookies, absolutely a great value.

We have had family stay at this location before, and it was clean and nicely appointed. So this time, I booked a room for my daughter and her partner for a wedding on the weekend. We booked this location because they had early check in, which was confirmed on the reservation. the wedding was at 4pm on the other side of town, and regular check in was 3pm. And a half hour drive. She called the night before and was told that there was not going to be early check in. Then in the morning was told there was not going to be early check in. When she arrived at 3, there was no one at the desk. Then when finally arriving, the front desk person was so rude, that another person in line remarked how rude they were. She ended up being late to the wedding and had to get ready in the car. Kind of makes the whole reason for the room (and it was out of town) useless. So the entire experience with renting this room, was very frustrating. It is too bed, because it really is a nice hotel and the rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. But no one likes to be greeted with a hostile worker.

It’s very good place to stay

The description of property was misleading. The property is in bad condition. Molded bathroom, the room was stinky. No daily cleaning. You had to drive to The Buttermilk park.

Property and the room we stayed in appeared to needing some repair. Walls were very thin and we could hear our neighbors and people in the hallway. On the plus side, the staff are very nice and the buffet breakfast is quite tasty. Also there are some wonderful hiking, state parks and attractions nearby.

Just a lovely place to stay. We were there for four nights and enjoyed the facility.
