Very comfortable and clean!

It is a very nice hotel for the price and convenient. It’s location is in a great spot for shopping, eating, etc…

Other guests came in at all hours of the night and into the morning (11:00pm-3:00am) and they were NOT quiet! Otherwise our stay was comfortable.

The beds were comfortable. Operating the TV took a little of time, but I was able to figure it out. I like that body wash is included with the shampoo and conditioner, as most of the soaps are small at hotels. Check-in was easy too.

This is the second time staying at this property and both times were very loud. We decided to give this property a second chance. People were running up and down the halls all night. The staff seemed irritated when we asked for things we needed. The shower had hair all over and the sheets had a stain. Probably will not stay again. On a positive note, the breakfast was amazing.

Very clean and great staff

Check in was easy, room was awesome, only down fall was I had a dirty sheet which was disappointing. I don’t know if it was decor sheet but it was white and it had lots of hair. I was grossed out.

This was my go-to spot when in town, but I can honestly say I’m not going back. The carpet was horrific. I checked in, put my stuff in the room and immediately went to meet family, I came back an hour and a half later and noticed the carpet once the curtains were open. At that time I asked for a room change - but, because it was more than 30 mins from check in, I couldn’t change rooms. I’m sure I signed something and didn’t notice the 30 minute window rule….but….buuuuuuttttttt. The carpets were absolutely filthy. How was a room like that even open for occupancy?? You couldn’t even walk with bare feet without feeling whatever was on the floor. Like- gross. I showed the front desk girl the pictures and asked if she really saw them…because what?? Once you are notified of a room being in that condition your immediate reaction isn’t to move the customer immediately? So, because it’s more than 30 minutes who cares about cleanliness?? Shocking. I let the employee know that I understood that she was just following the rules and the manager was not there…because I’m sure there is some small print that says only problems happening during the daytime get a managers attention. After contacting the corporate office, the maintenance staff came and said he was sent to clean the carpet, but I would have to be out of

Clean rooms, very comfortable and great services. When I’m back in the city, I surely will again bring my family to stay here.

The hotel is gross. Everything was sticky. My room wasn’t clean as the toilet and shower were very dirty. I will never stay here again.

Very clean and updated

I’ve booked with Expedia for 15+ years, and I’m not a hotel snob by any means, but this hotel is absolutely filthy. Trash overflowing in the hallways, toothpaste on the mirrors in the bathroom, tub disgusting, pistachio shells on the carpets, no proper air conditioning, bedding stained (hope it was a stain!) and the carpets were so dirty I wouldn’t take off my shoes. For a chain that’s usually great, you can tell this franchise location is poorly ran to say the least. I immediately called Expedia - will spare you the details but I ended up losing two nights hotel, as they basically said they were at the mercy of the hotel. There are too many travel sites to settle for this type of service, especially considering this was the first time I needed help after being a customer for so many years. Disappointing experience overall. But if you take anything away, spend the extra $30 a night and go to the lovely La Quinta next door.

Clean friendly breakfast was a little lacking but over all great

Room smelled like athletes feet bad upon entry and used towel left in bathroom. Tile was loose and random stains on carpet in common area leading to room

Left my sunglasses in the room, went back 32 mins later they had already cleaned the room and my glasses were taken by the housekeeping manager, because she was the first to go in there after we walked out because my partner had seen the housekeeping manager go in there right after we walked out

As nice as this hotel should be it’s tough to give it even two stars. Starting with the as you walk in, it’s obvious they cut it from another rug because it doesn’t even fit aside from being so dirty like the rest of the rugs in their entry sitting area. Our room wasn’t any cleaner, tub floor grey from grime, rugs need a good shampoo and the ac filters were thick and dirty. The bathroom vanity and bathroom door had smears of who knows what. The owner/manager must not care how dirty the place is.

We arrive and our room had stains on pillow case, sheets, towels looked they had not been washed. The bathroom tub was dirty. I asked for another room and the lady at the front stated she did not have one. She gave us a King size bed with a pull out bed. Walked in bed was clean, but pull out bed had no sheets. There was no hand soap nor shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser. Red and brown stains on the pillows that were on the couch. The table had crumbs. Next day we came back to our room. The towels that we had used were folded back up and place as new towels. We found one towel spread out over the tv. Wash cloth that use to wipe my make off was fold up for use to reuse. Floor was sticky.
