Crowne Plaza INDIANAPOLIS-DWTN-UNION STN by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The room was very nice. The issue we had was the air conditioning in the halls, restaurant and the bar were not working to keep the open area of the hotel comfortable. Even the employees were griping about how warm it was and there were box fans being used to move the warm air.

Decent and unique hotel. Only problem is significant construction adjacent to the hotel. It didn't disturb us as far as noise, it was just tough to access the entry and Google Maps provided the wrong directions.

Enjoyed our stay! Will come back!

Valet damaged my truck, there’s black mold in the bathroom, couldn’t access our room when checked in because of all the housekeeping garbage outside our door, the staff was not attentive and no sense of urgency. I’ve stayed at several Crowne Plaza Hotels and this was such a horrible experience. So disappointed in this location and I we were in town for my twins wedding and spent 8 hrs driving to it just to be disappointed with the hotel and valet for damaging my new pick up.

This is quiet possibly the coolest hotel I've ever stayed at! If you enjoy anything about railroad history and preserved buildings, this is the stay for you. Clean, modern, spacious, and beautiful. We walked around and explored the hotel because it was hot outside, then took the skyway walk all the way to our show at Everwise Amphitheatre. Great stay!

The hotel was clean and very unique! Staying in a train car was a lot of fun, but there were a couple drawbacks. All the windows in the room face directly into the hallway, so you really have the shades down 24/7, and you can hear every word that your train car neighbors are saying like they are in your own room. Still a fun and unique experience, but there were a few things to know!

The hotel was cool with the ecstatic of the old rail station and the train cars in the hotel. My only complaint is the non smart tv and just regular cable and a few hbo channels in the room. There was tv guides on the tv they uses to shwo you what was on. So the guife button is useless. Also the tvs didnt seem like the newers hd tvs. I waa hoping to watch my Netflix in the room but that was bot happening.

My daughter and I stayed her for 2 nights. The staff was exceptional, and very attentive. The first night we ate at the hotel restaurant Taggart’s. The food was beyond amazing and the staff was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.

Because there was a Yugioh Event at the convention center, the hotel was fantastic and i love it because history behind it along with the sound of the trains that came through. We will most definitely stay here again if the future allows.

Loved the Train Car room!

Very clean, well kept property. It’s very unique and had a really cool design and vibes. Appreciate all the seating throughout and the little convenience store that was not extremely marked up like most hotels are.

Unique hotel attached to train station, indoor train cars could be booked as hotel rooms. Very clean hotel and rooms, very spacious King size room, friendly staff, plenty of restaurants surrounding hotel, easy to walk and was right close to our designated venue which was the gainbridge arena. Hotel also has skywalk to convention center. Although surrounded by construction and some unhoused folks in the area, not a problem at all, still felt safe and once construction completed the area will be even better! Very impressed with what's happening in downtown Indianapolis. Would definitely stay here again!
